Secondary vocational education is an important part of the education system in China,which is responsible for training intermediate technical and technical personnel for the development of regional economy.With the increasingly fierce competition in the current employment situation,the employment pressure continues to increase,coupled with the secondary vocational students this group generally have a poor learning foundation,emotional regulation ability is weak,self-adjustment ability is not strong and other factors,secondary vocational students in the emotional aspects of many problems,seriously affect their physical and mental health and comprehensive development.Study of secondary vocational students' emotional education status quo,explore the problems existing in the secondary vocational school emotional education,this paper discusses strengthening the emotional education in secondary vocational school students management measures to solve the secondary vocational students in emotional problems in the process of growing up,to improve the students' personality,promote the all-round development of students,improve the learning efficiency and quality of personnel training is of great significance.In this paper,on the basis of combing the status of emotional education at home and abroad,through the form of questionnaire and interview,investigation about the present situation of vocational school students' emotional education in henan province,the result of the survey and the interview to sort,find out the current problems of secondary vocational colleges in the aspect of emotional management,and the existing problems are analyzed,from the education administrative departments,secondary vocational schools,secondary vocational teacher,teacher,student themselves from five aspects and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the secondary vocational school students emotion education.For secondary vocational colleges to improve the quality of personnel training,training a large number of red and professional outstanding secondary vocational graduates put forward their own Suggestions.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the current research status of emotion education by domestic and foreign scholars,and defines the relevant concepts involved in this research.The second part is mainly to sort out the theories of emotional education at home and abroad,to explain the relationship between emotional education and institutional management,to analyze the function and applicability of emotional education for secondary vocational students,and to lay a theoretical foundation for the next step of research.The third part through the form of questionnaires and interviews,the emotional education in secondary vocational schools,secondary vocational students emotional needs,emotional,cognitive,emotional regulation,beliefs and values survey,carding the results of the survey analysis,find out the reason of existence and effective implementation of emotional education for secondary vocational school to provide real first-hand information.The fourth part,based on the results of the questionnaire survey,puts forward the ways and measures for the emotional education of secondary vocational school students from the administrative departments of education management,schools,class teachers and teachers.The fifth part summarizes the shortcomings of the paper,and makes clear the next step of secondary vocational students emotional education research direction.
