In the face of secondary vocational fine arts education, an educator is supposed to start from the following fields:One is to conduct how to process the routinely word based on the truth of the students themselves designing the most proper and efficient teaching materials and methods. The other is to follow closely the direction of college and universities on inspecting and choosing more qualified talents.So long as we fix our eyes upon this two fields, can we perfect our selection for college and universities.This article is written to have a deeper research on the current situation of sketch in secondary vocational fine arts education and the current state of sketch in college entrance examination. The actual conditions that sketch is not of enough value, does not coincides with the artistic value of this subject itself, and even worse there is some kind of emergence of quick teaching methods, makes sketch agree with sketch value in secondary vocational fine arts education. Moreover, in the examination of college and universities, there are defects like routinist and lacking of flexibility, which made the examinations go in repetition year on year, and which, if goes for long, surely will impede further development of fine arts. To avoid the extension of this kind of situation, some excellent arts college and universities launched reforms on the tests questions, in which they valued inspecting students'abilities, and in this inspection, to exam the ability of sketch has become one of the most important items. Furthermore the inspecting patterns tends to be in various kinds, aims at assessing the students'basic drawing ability, life observing ability, drawing abstraction ability, imaginative power, composition ability and expressive ability, to choose high comprehensive quality talents. And these comprehensive abilities can be acquired and enhanced in the course of long time practicing of sketch.Once we figured out the importance of sketch in secondary vocational education, can we treat the subject of sketch seriously. And how to accomplish the teaching of sketch effectively and efficiently to enhance the students'abilities enormously becomes of the greatest importance eventually. To accomplish this, apart from the consistent tools like sketch from nature, copy, drawing from memory, we need to pay more attention to the relevance theory of sketch. Below are the important consent of the theory.1. Solve the problem of composition.Composition is the basic problem in sketch. Specialized training on composition can raise students'art accomplishment, improve their abilities of generalizing, abridging, and organizing in course of sketch.2. Study the form in beauty rule of sketch.Every kind of art shall have a solid theory foundation as its cultural foundation as its cultural heritage, in this the art can make further progress. Study the form in beauty rule can enhance students'artistic culture, make the drawing unblindness, and do more reading on masters'pieces at ordinary times can also have more taste and harvest.3. Skill and manifestations of sketch.Students can have different attempts on skills and manifestations. Mastering different kinds of manifestations can broad students'train of thought and also can make students clever at thinking, have their own ideas and possess the ability of study.In conclusion we hope sketch can attract real importance so that it can deepen into students'ordinary art lives, and reveal its charm to us.
