Since the reform and opening up,vocational education has provided a strong support for China’s economic and social development in terms of talents and intelligence.The framework of the modern vocational education system has been fully established,and its ability to serve economic and social development and its social appeal has been continuously enhanced.It has many favorable conditions and a good working foundation for basically realizing modernization.As China enters a new stage of development,industrial upgrading and economic restructuring are accelerating,the demand for skilled personnel in all walks of life is becoming more and more urgent,and the important position and role of vocational education are becoming more and more prominent.Under the new environment,the management system of secondary vocational schools has not yet been perfected.The basic composition of secondary vocational schools is each independent class,and the management level of each class directly affects the overall management effect of the school.It is the objective requirement of the new era class level management to use the correct method to master the current situation of class level management,analyze existing problems,and put forward research strategies.The orientation and attributes of secondary vocational schools determine the main task and direction of training professional talents,but the professional direction of each secondary vocational school is different,then the requirements of class management are not the same,we can not follow the same method and model.We should not only draw lessons from the experience of the management of the class level in the middle school,but also apply it flexibly in the light of the actual situation of the existing class,so that the class level management is orderly.Therefore,according to the situation of the unit where I work,on the basis of combing the current situation of class level management,the author analyzes the existing problems,analyzes the reasons that affect the effectiveness of class level management,and explores the application of fine management theory in the class level management of secondary school.The author designs the questionnaire from the perspective of the goal,content,implementation approach,evaluation and culture of the class management of secondary vocational schools.According to research needs,a total of & lt;& lt;Grade Management Status Survey Form & GT;& GT;500,476 recovered,450 valid questionnaires,90 valid questionnaires.Visit 15 teachers and 20 students of the Foshan Vocational and Technical School to listen to their ideas.Finally,according to the effective questionnaire and the interview results,the author collates the collected information and analyzes the main problems existing in the class level management of middle vocational schools.The second is that the management content is not completely "student-centered";Third,the implementation of democratic means of weak;Fourth,the evaluation is not comprehensive enough;The fifth is that the culture atmosphere of teachers and students equality is weak;And...With the deepening and popularization of the modern vocational education concept,educators have realized that the above problems can not only stay at the theoretical research level,but must actively explore and practice.The application of fine management wheel to the class level management of secondary vocational schools not only preserves the advantages of the traditional class level management model,but also fully mobilizes the initiative and enthusiasm of students.The refined management theory originates from a kind of management concept of the enterprise.With the deepening of the "dual element" education mechanism of the school enterprises,the construction of a diversified school structure has gradually formed,and more and more enterprises have participated in vocational education.The theory of fine management is applied in the class management of secondary vocational schools.The second is to build a content system for class fine management,including the construction of principles(difference,comprehensiveness,democracy,and development),the establishment of management agencies(class functional groups),and the formulation of management systems(class conventions,evaluation mechanisms,and incentive mechanisms);Third,the implementation of class fine management;Fourth,the construction of class culture under the refined management of class.In addition,two parallel classes of the trade union vocational and technical schools in Foshan City were used as the test subjects.The design of pre-test and post-test experiments was used to implement class fine management in the experimental class.In contrast to the traditional class management method,a semester of practice and exploration was carried out.This article consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction.It expounds the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,and the content and methods of the research.The second part consists of literature research and theoretical basis.It mainly introduces relevant literature research at home and abroad,the main theoretical basis,and the definition of concepts.The third part is a questionnaire survey on the status of class management in middle vocational schools.The investigation dimensions include class management goals,class management content,class management implementation methods,class management evaluation evaluation,and class management culture.The fourth part is divided into the construction strategy and practice research results of class fine management in middle vocational schools.The fifth part is the research conclusion.
