Junior high school students’ classroom problem behavior is a common concern of educators, the new teacher’s classroom is more prone to students’ problem behavior, junior high school new teachers to deal with students’ classroom problem behavior is lack of correct response to the knowledge and experience in a timely manner. The results not only affect students’ learning and physical and mental health, but also affect the quality of teachers and the growth of new teachers.The new teacher’s ability to deal with students’ classroom problem behavior is the essential quality of new teachers’ classroom management and professional development. New teachers classroom management and professional growth affects the school leaders, teachers Daban, students and parents heart, how to improve the ability of junior middle school new teachers to cope with students’ classroom problem behavior? In this paper, a comprehensive questionnaire survey, interviews and classroom observation of junior middle school students’ classroom problem behaviors are universal, the main performance is: absquatulate, be in the blues, looked tired, has nothing to do with anything, small classroom action; the cause of problem behavior is diverse, new teachers, student factors and environmental factors environmental factors, including classroom environment, family environment and social environment; behavior of junior high school new teachers to deal with students’ classroom problem to respond to the lack of common manifestations of perceived deficiencies and problems; the reason is the perception of classroom problem of new teachers, lack of coping ability is insufficient, lack of reflection and inquiry, external support is insufficient; and then the basic reason the problem behavior and new teachers to deal with the lack of study on new teachers to improve the coping ability and help improve the new teachers should be the ability to solve real confusion of new teachers in students.The new teacher’s ability to deal with students’ classroom problem behavior is the essential quality of new teachers’ classroom management and professional development.
