Classroom is the main position for teachers to carry out teaching activities,it is the main place for students to learn,and the main platform for teaching and educating people.Rural junior middle school classroom problem behavior has always been an unavoidable problem that puzzles rural junior middle school educators.Rural junior high school students' classroom problem behavior generally exists in daily classroom teaching,which not only affects the improvement of rural junior middle school teachers' teaching efficiency and rural junior middle school students' learning efficiency,but also affects the development of rural junior middle school teachers and students' physical and mental health.The universality and negativity of classroom problem behavior in rural junior middle school enhance the necessity and urgency of studying it.Rural junior high school is located in villages and towns.Affected by geographical location,students,environment and other factors,classroom problem behavior has become the main factor affecting the quality of rural junior middle school education and teaching.Based on the author's personal experience for many years,this paper probes into the management of classroom problem behavior of rural junior high school students.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and case analysis(case study)to make a statistical analysis of extroverted classroom problem behavior and introverted classroom problem behavior from the three dimensions of gender,grade and whether or not left behind children.Extroverted classroom problem behavior is divided into deliberately attracting attention to classroom problem behavior and disturbing order classroom problem behavior.Aggressive classroom problem behavior and evasive classroom problem behavior four aspects;Introverted problem behavior can be divided into attention dispersion classroom questioning.Problem behavior,withdrawal classroom problem behavior,tension classroom problem behavior and irresponsible classroom problem behavior four aspects.This paper analyzes the causes of students' classroom problem behavior from three aspects: environmental factors,teacher factors and student factors,putsforward the management strategies to prevent,control and correct the classroom problem behavior of rural junior high school students,reveals its laws,improves the relationship between teachers and students,improves the efficiency of classroom teaching in rural junior middle schools,promotes the teaching of teachers and students to be long and common development,and provides a certain reference for the construction of effective classroom teaching.The first part is the introduction,including the reason of the topic selection,the purpose and significance of the study,the research ideas and innovations,the research methods,the definition of the core concepts,and the summary of research at home and abroad.The second part analyzes the current situation of classroom problem behavior in rural junior high school.The third part is the analysis of the causes of classroom problem behavior,which analyzes the causes of classroom problem behavior from three aspects: environment,teachers and students.The fourth part puts forward the corresponding strategy for classroom problem behavior management,and manages the problem behavior from the aspects of prevention strategy,monitoring strategy and correction strategy.The fifth part is the conclusion.
