In recent years, " doing research before teaching " teaching theories in the field of teaching practice has been widely used and reconstructed the middle school teaching ecology. Although the group cooperative learning model has been implemented in China for several years, but " doing research before teaching " teaching theory gives a more important meaning to cooperative learning groups. Cooperative learning as a learning way being widely praised can be widely used in mathematics teaching at junior school. I have carry out a large-scale three questionnaires for all the math teachers three grade students. After a detailed analysis of the survey I found that in the process of mathematics teaching, the problem such as formating cooperative learning groups at random, group cooperative learning content thin, no grasping improperly the opportunity cooperative learning, the teacher dislocation of role-playing, unscientific feedback evaluation mechanisms exist in the teaching process; the problem for students that widespread student are not clear of learning objectives, heterogeneity among members led some students to become a supporting role. The reason is that the teacher is thorough enough group cooperative learning, the teacher education curriculum and evaluation mechanisms willingness conflict; recognizing bias group cooperative learning and inherent psychological characteristics of students reduced willingness of cooperate and uncooperative during learning. Both mutual knot, make the effectiveness cooperative learning be not strong.On the basis of reference of the theory and practice of cooperative learning groups from home and abroad, the paper make empirical research and analysis on mathematics group cooperative learning model during the junior high school teaching. In order to promote the new curriculum, enhance the teaching effectiveness of group cooperative learning model in junior high school mathematics teaching, this paper takes the question for the survey found as a guide, gives the following aspects to resolve the problem. From the national level, the increase of investment in secondary education funding and the fairness of allocation, gradually changing educational evaluation institutional mechanisms are important. from the teacher level, the teacher Strengthen the theory research and transformation of research results; learn to do research work before class; formate scientific and efficient cooperative learning groups. From the student level, the cultivation of students’ reading awareness; enhancing the participation of the student body; the cultivation of exchanges and cooperation skills are of great importance.
