Mathematics Cooperative learning is widely used in current primary and secondary school. It can not only improve the teaching atmosphere of mathematics classroom, improving students' math learning efficiency, and academic achievement.but also promote students' mutual encouragement, mutual promotion, cooperation spirit and innovation consciousness of the development of cognitive ability. But many in-service teachers find that junior high school students to participate in the enthusiasm of mathematics cooperative learning is not high.It maybe unhelpful and make them produce psychological resistance, even will lead to negative effects such as they dislike learning mathematics if we force students to participate in the cooperative learning.Therefore, to know the influence factors of cooperative learning and puts forward corresponding countermeasure analysis is more important.This paper obtains some existing problems in the students who do not actively participate in cooperative learning in mathematics by making a survey on 400 senior students from Qihe No.5 High School and Yuying Middle School by means of questionnaire survey method and interviewing method. The problems are as follows: Students are not interested in math; Students like independent thinking and solving problems by themselves, there is no awareness of the need for mathematics cooperative learning; Students are afraid to participate in mathematics cooperative learning; The division of group and labor is not reasonable; The evaluation is not reasonable and so on.Through interviews and the analysis of the interview results, we know that the specific reason why some students do not take part in mathematics cooperative learning positively. The reasons is as follows: Teachers don't have adequate learning of mathematics cooperative learning theory and teachers are not master in mathematics cooperative learning teaching skills;Students are grouped according to the seat without considered the situation and actual demand. Teachers just choose good grades student as the team leader without considering the comprehensive ability of the leader. The mathematics cooperative learning probiems is not fully designed and so on.By analyzing the survey and the interview of the conclusions, I put forward the following strategies: Improve the mathematic interesting of junior high school students; Teachers must get the rules of cooperation across and create good mathematical work atmosphere to eliminate concern of the students;Reasonably divide mathematics cooperative learning groups. Reasonably select and cultivate the leader of mathematics cooperative learning groups to promote the labor divided. The teachers need to communicate with students in order to let students understand the necessity of mathematics cooperative learning in junior middle school;Teachers need to learn more related theory of cooperative learning and to combine with practice in class inorder to be proficient, grasp the essence of mathematics cooperative learning and improve teachers' cooperative learning teaching skills. The teacher should design cooperative learning problems elaborately and inspire the enthusiasm of students' cooperation.Teachers should be good at observation and make reasonable evaluation of students;At the same time,students have to develop a habit of good listening;The group leader should clearly realize their own responsibilities,and so on.
