The new round course reform of national basic education will make historic change to secondary and primary school teachers of our country on classroom teaching. Teachers play a new role on the stage of educational reform. And the new course changes the old status relation between teachers and students that teachers change from authority to participant and students change from passive recipient to active getter. It is inevitable that the new concept of new course will wholely influences the classroom teaching ability of operational meaning. So teachers must replenish the ability of "promote student development". The classroom teaching ability under new course needs update and development on the basis of inheriting traditional classroom teaching ability,also advance with the time. People have gained certain progress on teaching ability research in recent year. And it is main work as follows: firstly, transform original ability; secondly, develop new classroom teaching ability. According to the basic concept of new course,this article makes practical and theoretical discuss for the teaching ability of instructing students in cooperative study in mathematics classroom teaching of senior high school.The mathematics cooperative study in this article denotes a learning process and method which teachers and students complete teaching task together by coordinative activity,in mathematics teaching with study group as basic organized form, and take group expression as main rewarding basis. According to characteristic and requirement of mathematics cooperative study,the teaching ability of mathematics teaching guiding students cooperative study denotes a series of teaching behavior which during the mathematics cooperative study in secondary school teachers plan learning title, organize cooperative group, participate in discussion with identity of cooperative partner, carry out necessary guidance and value in proper time ,and take discussion to depths. To study and explore this kind of ability which is helpful to raise the theoretical attainment of teachers guidance cooperative study. And it offers practical technology, ability, strategy and method for teachers guidance cooperative study, then raise the professional attainment of teacher and form their own teaching style, characteristic and character gradually.The proposal of teaching ability that guides student cooperative study has rich theoretical foundation.The focal point of this article spread out analysis from the angle of Dewatt ? Alan's microteaching, Piagetian"cognitive development theory", the view of mathematics teaching of constructalism, and humanistic theory. The famous American education reformer, the founder of microteaching, divided classroom teaching ability into different ability crowds according to the principle of easy to learners to practise,easy to theoretical worker to research and easy to evaluate teaching effect.And every ability crowd includes some subsidiary ability. The organization cooperative learning ability that Dewatt ? Alan puts forward includes: the organization and implementation of cooperative learning, the observation and evaluation of group study, and the organization and guidance of study couple. Piagetian"cognitive development theory" considers that cognition arises from the interaction between subject and object. While the interaction realizes through "activity".Teaching ability does not like some movement abilities that forms basis on practice to reach skilled and automatized. While it greatly is a kind of process of cognition restructuring, which realizes the balance of cognition structure through assimilating and complying. And its process of forming is reliant on the participation of cognition. Constructalism theory extremely emphasize the interaction of subject and surroundings, and it suggests that interaction plays a cruial role to meaning construction of knowledge. "situation","cooperation",''conversation"and "meaning construction" are the four elements in study enviroment. Constructalism mathematics view considers that it might be valid only the students rely on existing knowledge , operate by themselves and participate initiatively.Also the mathematics study of students fill with independent exploration and creation. In Hugotsky's view, children could show potential level of development by direction of adult or cooperation with stronger partner. And that will promote "zone of recent development"better transforming to the range of current level of development. As humanistic theory says, the task of teacher is not to teach the student but to promote the student to develop.Successful teaching should be a process that make the students realize they are capable,valuable and independent,also encourage them todevelop themselves.The task of teacher is not to teachstudents but to promote the development of students.The gudiance ability of teacher for cooperative study should includes the adjust and control of teaching behavior for teacher and the guidance of learning behavior for student.Teaching behavior includes that teachers need to give themselves location with new course concept and use the basic method of cooperative study skilledly. And select the content of group cooperative study carefully. Teachers should be good at guiding at the right time,make effective adjust and control for cooperative study,found cooperative group with reasonable structure, establish a set of ordered cooperative conventional system, found cooperative atmosphere of equality and harmony, adjust and control the behavior of student. In the process of cooperation it emphasizes student should listen to each other, teachers adopt various effective methods,and offer task supplementary also guide student to study. Teachers will be good at utilizing active and reasonable evaluating means to make every student develop livelily. The guidance for behavior of study includes raising the knowledge of cooperative study necessariness, training good learning habit of student in group cooperative study,guiding the student handling the relation between independent study and cooperative study,emphasizing the individual difference between students,and guiding student helping each other friendlily and learning reflexion in cooperative study.Under the condition of new course, experiment adopts the designed and aftertest.Teachers adopt cooperative study pattern for experiment class as follows: arrange the task of prepare lessons before class,check the condition of prepared lessons and show the selected reading and gudie the student self-study in class,then the exchange between teachers and students and group cooperates, classroom exercise and layered requirement come next, then target hitting detects and summarize raising, finally arrange homework and strengthen practice.To contrast the condition of students participate in class, the condition of written work finish, the condition of social activitycarry out between experiment class and controlling class. Through the investigation questionnaire to analyze the emotional discrepancy for experimental class and controlling class. This experiment shows: cooperative study has changed the static and individual pattern of human communication of traditional classroom teaching in teaching practice. And it has advantage in the aspect of nonintellectual factor of training student.Also it is helpful to teach students in accordance with their aptitude,and it has great effect to raise the language ability of student.
