Objective: the human body into old age, degenerative changes in physiology, morphology, microstructure and so on, the decline in physical quality and the movement ability, will seriously affect the quality of life of the elderly. Research on the health of the elderly is increasing, more attention to the problem of osteoporosis in the aged. Is generally believed that health is particularly important to participate in physical exercise for the elderly, so the elderly to participate in physical fitness should be a kind of comprehensive sports, should include not only the increase in lung function of aerobic exercise, but also improve the strength training of muscle strength. On this basis, we think that to find a reasonable, scientific, mainly for the elderly physical fitness, disease prevention and fitness methods is particularly important. Through the comparative analysis of three groups of elderly female physique, body shape, body function and bone density measurement, discusses the effects of square dance and vigorous walk two kind of physical exercise on physical quality of elderly women. Choose their own way of exercise and provide scientific references for the general elderly women.Methods:This paper selects literature, experimental method and mathematical statistics method.In this paper to select twenty subjects participated in the square dance exercise two or more than two years of older women and 20 in vigorous exercise two or more than two years of older women,And 20 elderly women who did not participate in or participated in the exercise regularly,Between 60 and 65 years of age.On three groups of physiological indexes of subjects were tested, compared with two square dance and fitness effect on elderly women physical quality.Results: through the comparative analysis of three groups of elderly female physiological index test results: long term in the square dance exercise on old aged female flexibility(sit and reach), agility(reaction time), body function(vital capacity), body weight, skinfold thickness(triceps) the effect is better than walking exercise. The two way to fitness the elderly women, the balance of power quality, the effect of the quality of the quiet blood pressure, bone density, body shape has no significant difference, but it was better than that of elderly women do not participate in or not participating in physical exercise regularly.Conclusion:(1) in the square dance exercise on old aged women s agility(reaction time) effect is better than walking group. At the same time also can explain the long jump square dance can effectively improve the reaction ability of a person.(2) in elderly women participate in square dance exercise flexibility(sit and reach) better than walking exercise in aged women. Square dance that not only can the very good exercise the muscles, tendons, but also improve the flexibility, extensibility and flexibility of ligament.(3) in elderly women participate in square dance exercise body function(vital capacity) is better than walking. Can make the blood circulation system, respiratory system, effectively improve the function of heart and lung irritation.(4) in the square dance exercise on old aged female skinfold thickness(triceps) fitness is better than walking. The effect of these two kinds of fitness for ordinary people can achieve fat reduction, that long jump square dance can burn fat, reduce weight.(5) to participate in square dancing and walking exercise had no significant difference in bone mineral density among elderly women, there was no significant difference with the general population. With the increase of age, the bone will continue to drain, through exercise can slow down the rate of loss prevention of fractures, bring more pain.
