| Objective:This study aims to through the exercise prescription of formulation and cardiopulmonary function indexes of monitoring 25 middle-aged men in Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province, for 16 weeks spinning movement, to observe the changes of indexes on cardiopulmonary function before and after the exercise intervention, and to investigate the change regulation about the effect on cardiopulmonary function of middle-aged men, thus for this part of the crowd to provide theory basis for scientific fitness.Methods:This study from the primary 37 Xi’an middle-aged men, after health investigation randomly selected in line with the conditions of 25 men as the research object, the main research methods for the experimental method and mathematical statistics method. In this study, the crowd was 16 weeks spinning exercise intervention, to observe the changes before and after intervention in the movement middle-aged male heart and lung function of each index and the paired samples t test statistical analysis of experimental results.Results:(1) Under the quiet state of cardiovascular function indicators:HR in the process of exercise intervention for 16 weeks showed a trend of gradual decline, there was no significant difference compared with before intervention (P>0.05); SP and DP in 16 weeks after a slight rise, but there was no significant difference compared with before intervention (P>0.05); (2) The lung ventilation function indicators:FVC, FEV1%, VEmax-peak in the spinning for 16 weeks in the rising trend, among them FVC compared with before intervention has significant difference (P<0.05), FEV1% compared with before intervention has a very significant difference (P<0.01); VEmax-peak compared with before intervention there was no significant difference (P>0.05); (3) To achieve the intensity of Ventilatory Threshold (VT) main cardiopulmonary function indicators:VO2 and VO2/kg increased gradually in the process of exercise intervention, but no significant difference compared with before intervention (P> 0.05); VO2AT/VO2max in 16 weeks cycling in a downward trend, no significant difference compared with before intervention (P>0.05); O2P, METS, VE, HR in 16 weeks after jogging movement rose slightly, but there was no significant difference compared with before intervention (P>0.05); LOAD in 16 weeks after spinning movement rising trend, but there was no significant difference compared with before intervention (P>0.05); (4) Reaches critical strength of VO2max main cardiopulmonary function indicators:VO2max and VO2max/kg, O2P growth significantly in the process of exercise intervention, with significant difference compared with before intervention (P<0.05); VE and HR in the spinning for 16 weeks is a significant increase in the trend, but there was no significant difference compared with before intervention (P> 0.05); The LOAD increased after exercise intervention, compared with before intervention have obvious difference (P<0.01).Conclusions:1. Spinning Exercise of 16 weeks makes that middle-aged men for quiet condition improved cardiopulmonary function have a positive impact, but if you want to achieve better effect of fitness needs longer movement cycle; 2. After Spinning Exercise of 16 weeks, Time Vital Capacity, A Second Rate, the peak value of maximal Volume of middle-aged men increase significantly, boosting the lung ventilation function, shows that Spinning Exercise has a good effect on lung function of middle-aged men; 3. After Spinning Exercise of 16 weeks under the Ventilatory Threshold intensity of middle-aged male heart rate increased slightly, the percentage of the percentage of VO2AT and VO2max fell slightly, other each indicators is increased but not change, that 16 weeks spinning movement under the Ventilatory Threshold intensity has little effect on cardiopulmonary function; 4. Spinning Exercise of 16 weeks makes that the absolute value of maximal Oxygen Uptake (V02max) and the relative value, Oxygen Pulse,LOAD of middle-aged men increased significantly, cardiopulmonary function shows that the population of oxygen transport capacity and muscle of the oxygen uptake capacity enhancement, and effectively improve the aerobic ability and movement ability. |
