Objective:The study aims to provide the scientific guidance to improve health conditions of middle-aged women in our country by discussing the influence of 24 weeks’spinning aerobic exercise on 45 to 59 years old women’s cardiopulmonary function and blood indicators.Methods:This article adopts documents, experimental research and mathematical statistics. This study selected 30 middle-aged women (45-59 years-old) in Xi’an who are volunteered as the experimental group subjects to do spinning exercise for 24 weeks, Then I analyze the data of their cardiopulmonary function and part of the blood indicators before and after exercise, use paired-sample T test in group and count (P<0.05) as difference significant level.Results:1.After 24 weeks’spinning aerobic exercise, middle-aged women’s HRmax and HR rest reduced significantly,the indexes are (P<0.01) and (P< 0.05) respectively.2.After 24 weeks’spinning aerobic exercise, middle-aged women’s FVC,PEF,VO2max increased obviously. The results are (P<0.01),(P< 0.05),(P<0.01) and (P<0.01) respectively. And the MVV is also increased, but there is no significant difference (P>0.05).3.After 24 weeks’spinning aerobic exercise, there are significant difference in middle-aged women’s SBP and DBP. Both of them reduced significantly and the results are also the same (P<0.01). The time of VAT prolonged obviously (P<0.01).4.After 24 weeks’spinning aerobic exercise, the content of Hb increases obviously (P<0.05); HCT descents notably (P< 0.05); triglyceride plummeted (P<0.05); HDL cholesterol is raises significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion:(1) 24 weeks’ spinning aerobic exercise can not only enhance the cardiopulmonary function of middle-aged women and increase their capacity of oxygen uptake, but also can improve the ability of oxygen transport system and utilization system. (2) 24 weeks’ aerobic exercises of spinning can not only educe glucose concentrations, increase the hemoglobin content, but also can regulate lipids metabolism to promote the sound development of blood lipid.
