Purpose: The risk of obesity on health has become the important problem in the world wide. The obesity can induce some kinds of diseases by the modern civilization. Before it induces these kinds of diseases, the configuration and the function in some organs and tissues has gone through the series of changes. The changes will affect on the cardiopulmonary function and the exercise ability. The previous studies focus on the adult and old subjects mainly and less the adolescent children. Therefore, this article studies the obese adolescent female in order to know the effect of the obesity on them.Object: With the 40 girls aged 13 years old as the objects of study, the VENES 5.5 Body Composition Analyzer and the ALOKA 5500SV Color Doppler UCG were used to test the objects'fat% and examine their left ventricular structure and function at rest. The MAX-ⅡMetabolic System was used to examine the objects'aerobic ability. Exercise was performed with Ergometer EGT100, The test protocol was an initial with 40 watts and 40 watt added every 3 minutes, until exhaustion. Then their speed, force and flexibility were examined by the 50m, the grip strength, the back strength and the standing position trunk bending. At least, the results were analyzed by the mathematical statistics method. Results: The obese girls'LVPWD, IVSTD, LVDD, EDV enlarged(O:0.84±0.05cm,0.83±0.04cm,45.45±2.33cm,91.6±11.67cm~3;N:0.89±0.07cm,0.88±0.04cm,40.95±4.10cm,74.8±8.97cm~3); The HR, the SV and the CO are higher than the normal one(sO:88±5.34beat/min,74.12±10.69ml,6.29±1.03ml/min;N:83±4.63 beat/min,52.1±6.73 ml,4.99±0.7 ml/min); but the FS and the mVCF are lesser than the normal ones(O:33±2.62circle,1.12±0.04circle;O:35.4±3.33circle,1.21±0.03circle).The ventilation, the maximal and the oxygen are higher than the...
