Purpose:In modern soccer games, every movement just like stopping, passing and shooting are based on physical strength of core parts of our body, even sudden stopping, sudden starting and changing direction during running. That means the stability training of core parts plays a very important role in modern soccer games. This thesis shows that how the core strength training applies to the college football players’ daily training. And discus with the effect on their special skills. Provide a reference and practical basis for the possibility of core strength training.Method:The text mainly includes the literature method, the interview method, the experimental method and mathematical statistics method. Study for the influences caused by the core strength training for the special skills of college soccer players. In this research, we choose 30 soccer players from Xi’an Physical Culture Institute to take part in the experiment. The experiment contains two groups: the experiment group and the compare group, and there are 15 players in each group. The players in experiment group need to do the exercises of core stability training which have already planed. During that the compare group will do the traditional practices. And they will go to the quota test next. Choose height and weight as a body shape quota. Special skills quota include the distance of kicking the ball without run-up, throwing the ball by two hands without run-up, nodding the ball without run-up.The results should be expressed by the form of X±S which means the average plus or minus the standard deviation. And we will count and analyse the data which is measured by the SPSS17.0.(accurate to two decimal places). Test the before and after comparison by paired-T. If we get the result of P<0.05, it means there is a significant difference.Results:After 2 months training, the distance of nodding the ball without run-up has improved both experimental group and controlled group. The experimental group improved their average 7.26 m to 9.36 m after been trained. There is a increasing of 2.10 m. And the controlled group increased 0.82 m more than the average 7.28 m after the training. The data shows P<0.05 between the two groups. In the test of kicking the ball without run-up, the experimental group made a 2.80 m increasing more than the average 17.59 m. And the controlled group rise their average 17.56 m to 18.16 m. The data P<0.05 shows that there is a significant difference in the experimental group. On the contrary, there is no significant difference in the controlled group cause the data p>0.05. In the test of throwing balls by hands, the experimental group improved 3.10 m more than the average 8.17 m. And the controlled group rise their average 8.13 m to 9.38 m, there is a increasing of 1.25 m. The data of both groups are less than 0.05, so it means there is a significant difference and the experimental group is more difference than the other group.Conclusion :The different characteristics between core strength and traditional power make this kind of training can not only improve the ability of the muscles in fixed position, but also enhance the power of the muscles in the core area of our body. Accordingly the athletes can strengthen their ability of controlling the body coordination. For the requirement of the muscles power in part of the body and the improving of stability, the special skills of the athletes have been made a great improvement. Therefore we should do researches and make corresponding plans according to the characteristics of the projects and the principles of the core strength training,which can make the basic training more reasonable and scientific.
