Objective:This paper was to explore 16 weeks jogging and spinning two regular exercise intervention, to xi’an without regular exercise, the influence of middle-aged men 60 lung function, and the related indicators of lung function of 60 subjects on carried out a statistical analysis on the changes before and after the intervention, in order to point out what kind of sports do more suitable for middle-aged men to participate in daily exercise, middle-aged men for our country to participate in the exercise, provides the theoretical basis to improve lung function.Methods:This article USES the literature material method, mathematical statistics and experimental method, through the voluntary participation by recruiting selection jogging and spinning of two kinds of exercise intervention, xi’an 60 middle-aged men without regular exercise, as experimental subjects, and carries on the 16 weeks of regular jogging and spinning exercise intervention, related parameters of pulmonary function before and after the intervention of sports statistics, comparison and analysis, to study the different ways of exercise intervention effect on lung function middle-aged men.Results:After 60 to xi’an middle-aged men without regular exercise for 16 weeks of regular jogging and spinning movement after the intervention, draw a 60 without regular exercise in participants after jogging exercise intervention compared with before exercise intervention, time vital capacity and a second quantity has significant difference, P< 0.05).60 subjects after 16 weeks after regular spinning exercise intervention, the subjects’forced vital capacity (FVC) values are higher than before spinning exercise intervention, and a significant difference (P< 0.05, the amount of a second (FEV1) value is higher than the same movement after exercise intervention before intervention (P< 0.05, with significant difference. Two regular exercise intervention ways lung function in the improvement of 60 subjects there was no significant difference, however, forced vital capacity and a second two measures of lung function, before two kinds of exercise intervention after the exercise intervention has the distinct enhancement, and a significant difference, statistically significant.Conclusions:1. Regular jogging and dynamic bicycle exercise intervention, to improve the pulmonary function without significant difference, but exercise intervention object of forced vital capacity, and the second volume obtained greatly improved, and after the regular exercise intervention, exercise intervention object of forced vital capacity, and the second volume of two indicators are significant differences, other indicators little change. The results showed that the two exercise intervention methods could improve the lung function of the subjects, and could be used as the effective indexes of the effect and the effect of the mass exercise.2. Two kinds of exercise intervention although no significant difference in improving lung function, but by the subjects themselves, the body of oxygen utilization rate in the gas transport was increased, and before and after the intervention, the changes in the magnitude of that fitness running effect on lung function than spinning. Therefore, it can be seen in the intervention at the same time and the same exercise intervention, the choice of fitness running exercise intervention, the related indexes of pulmonary function are more likely to produce positive changes.
