Objecte:The osteoporosis of middle-aged showed an increasing trend year by year, it has becam a risk factor for the health of middle-aged, Exercise can improve the body composition and bone mineral density in middle-aged people, so as to improve the quality of life of the aged people.This study through 16 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention on spinning, spinning aerobic intervention effects on adult male, the female body composition and bone mineral density in the lower extremity, and effects of exercise on lower limb bone mineral density of different weight groups for middle-aged people, prevention of osteoporosis and bone density loss, and provide a theoretical reference for improving the health level of middle-aged the crowd.Methods:through social recruiting voluntary exercise of Xi’an city were 45-59 years without regular exercise subjects, divided into two groups of middle-aged men, women, each 50 people, a total of 100 people.16 weeks aerobic exercise bike exercise,3 times a week, once a 60min. According to the incremental exercise test (GXT) test, ventilation anaerobic threshold, to determine the subjects of 75%,85%, 95% and 100%AT corresponding to the rate of movement. Choosing the right thigh subjects, using USA left, GE company Lunar Prodigy DXA bone densitometer scanning body part (right leg, left leg) of body composition and bone mineral density measurement, to show, using SPSS Statistics software for data processing, the inspection of the sample with.Results:the aerobic dynamic cycling exercise intervention, there was no significant difference in middle-aged male body BMI index (P>0.05), and there was no significant difference in middle-aged female body BMI index (P>0.05); After the middle-aged male and middle-aged women exercise intervention were showed a significant difference (P<0.01). Motion stem prognosis of middle-aged men left and right thigh fat, muscle were higher than those before intervention in the movement, and has a very significant difference (P<0.01):motion stem prognosis of middle-aged men left and right femur bone mineral content higher than exercise intervention before, with significant difference (P<0.05). Middle-aged women in the left and the right thigh fat were lower than those before exercise intervention, and has a very significant difference (P<0.01):middle-aged women in the left and right thigh muscle, bone mineral content were higher than before the exercise intervention, with significant difference (P<0.05). Oxygen cycling intervention, men left and right femur density content increased significantly, showed significant difference (P<0.05); oxygen cycling intervention, women left and right femur density content increased significantly was significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Through this research, program 16 weeks aerobic exercise intervention was spinning on middle-aged Body mass index effect is not obvious, but it can improve the middle-aged male, female body composition, changes significantly. so the aerobic spinning exercise can help prevent osteoporosis in middle-aged people, keep the body composition and bone mineral density in normal range.
