The Study Of Public Sports Services In Shandong Rural Communities

A new era of Chinese sports in the 21 st century is a crucial period for China to achieve a well-off society of sports,building a new socialist countryside. And China is a large agricultural country,many of the rural population, the development of China ’s rural sports in this context,is placed in front of us on objective facts, but also the basic facts. Party Plenum examined and adopted the " Eleventh Five-Year Plan" proposal,clearly put forward to continue to solve the " three rural" issue as a top priority of the party’s work,the implementation of industry nurturing agriculture and cities support rural areas,promote the construction of new socialist countryside,in the process of building a new socialist countryside, rural sports how to develop more concern to us. Prosperity and development of rural culture,build Farmer Fitness Project,to develop rural sports, the party and the government made an important part of building a new socialist countryside. Provision of public services for the rural sports is an important part of the development of rural sports.Rural public sports services are basic components of public services in rural areas,build rural public sports service system is the basic institutional arrangements the Government to protect farmers’ rights in sports,is the basis for the promotion of rural sports coordinated and sustainable development.In this paper,the construction of a new socialist countryside in the background,on the issues of rural public service system construction of sports studies,proposed construction of rural public sports service system development ideas.Based on the background of new rural construction of socialism, public sports service system in the countryside to study issues relating to the promotion,put hyperdevelopment of rural public service system of sports promotion ideas.
