The Study Of The Application And Development Of The Personal Training Mode Of Modern Apprenticeship On Vacational Schools

On the one hand,the traditional apprenticeship because the economy can't adapt to the social production,political equality of above trend is difficult to make reform and respond effectively,eventually lead to the decline of.On the other hand,the western modern apprentice system has developed well and has contributed a lot to the development of the national economy.Based on this,it is urgent to explore the ways and methods of cultivating professional talents adapting to their own national conditions.For the real ills of traditional separation engineering,the current generally "order training","practice","the combination of" three types of training' mode to respond,but these three kinds of training mode still has profound goal and value deviation.Based on this,this research perspective at the Fujian province Dehua occupation technical school "modern apprenticeship" training mode to explore,to observe the implementation process and the internal mechanism of the vocational school teacher mentoring relying on studio,understand the positive role of training mode for teachers and students development,and defects in operation,and then give some suggestions.
