In China,20years of golf industry development is booming. Although the resultsare brilliant, there are still many problems. Accompanied by economic growth, thesport of golf has become popular. Compared to the past, todays golf market putsforward a higher demand for the supply and level of golf professionals. This thesisuses literature, questionnaire, mathematical analysis, and expert interviews. UsingShanghai golf professional personnel training as the starting point, it investigates theteam of golf professionals in Shanghai.The investigation find that Shanghai Golf team is deficient in the following areas:the number of professionals, low level of skills and personal qualities, professionalqualification certificates are held by only a limited number of total employees, andpersonnel in customer relations and general operations employ a large number oflow-income workers. In order to solve these problems in the professional team, thisthesis focuses on the future needs of golf professionals. My thesis suggest a series ofgolf professionals training counter-measures such as: consolidating and increasinginvestment in education to make up for the insufficient number of professionals,other efforts to improve professionals skills and literacy, expansion of professionalsqualification range, and increasing incentives to improve standards of performance.
