Research On The Construction And Use Of Sports Facilities In Huai’an City

On March 20, 2013, the State Sports General Administration of sports, Education Bureau, the Ministry of railways, Hereinafter referred to as "notice. "Notice" stressed: the construction of the national stadium has been greatly improved. Sports to expanding type, quantity rising, especially around the venue facilities, presents the vigorous development the new situation. To find out the construction, management and use of the existing sports venues, is to protect the basic rights of citizens to participate in sports activities, establish and improve the basic conditions of public sports service system, which is an important material basis for improving the level of competitive sports, and promote the development of sports industry.Sports venues and facilities are the premise and foundation to carry out the national fitness activities, promote the development of sports industry, improve the level of competitive sports training. It is an important embodiment of the urban modernization level and the standard of living of the residents. Huai’an city in recent years, the economy has steadily increased, residents living standards have greatly improved, the development momentum of mass sports is good. However, for the use and maintenance of sports facilities in Huai’an City, it is an urgent problem to be solved. This study is to analyze the problems in the use and maintenance of sports facilities in Huai’an by means of literature, questionnaire and logical analysis. The results show that: 1, the construction of the status quo: Huai’an has 6,315 sports venues with the total area of 5,219,105.03 square meters, the per capita amount of only 0.93 square meters. In recent years, from Huai’an city sports venues number and area analysis, the number of sports venues and the development is still keeping a small gap compared with average Jiangsu Province, which can not meet the needs of residents. 2, the use of the status quo: by the open conditions, the number of sports venues and time can not meet the needs of the masses, users can not be selected according to their own characteristics and characteristics of selective movement; the type of use is not enough, the allocation of resources is not balanced, the use of low frequency. 3, in the use of the process of the existence of a single operation, the design of the targeted is not strong, functional single, the use of sports facilities is low, the operation level is not high, service ability is not strong, the coordination mechanism is not perfect and maintenance system is relatively perfect and other issues 4, put forward to strengthen the construction of sports venues and facilities, formulate corresponding measures to strengthen the management of sports venues, to take a better way to improve the utilization rate of sports venues, to provide a strong guarantee for the development of sports in Huai’an city.
