The Research Opening Status Of The School Sports Facilities In The Pilot Schools Of Suzhou City Chinese

With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, people put forward new requirements to their own life quality, whether health become an important symbol to judge the quality of life. With the development of the lifelong education and lifelong physical education, the sharing of educational resources, building the lifelong education and lifelong sports system have become the hot issues in present-day society. Although the development of sports in our country has made great progress, occupied an important position in the world, competitive sports have made a qualitative leap, and the school sports have been rapid development, but the mass sports has been in a relatively backward situation. The biggest factor affecting the development of mass sports is the lack of mass exercise field. Under this background, it is very urgent to realize the sharing of resources of the sports field, and to ease the problem of mass sports. All over the country have launched opening the regional school sports facilities to the public, and list the pilot schools.Using literature and data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics method, logical analysis method, this paper has studied the opening state of the Suzhou school sports facilities, through investigation, analysis and summary to find the problems, and put forward the reasonable countermeasures. The experience of pilot schools will provide the basis to other schools of opening sports facilities, to improve the opening rate and the sustainable development of the pilot schools. The earned conclusions are follows:1)In this paper, the opening status of the 15 pilot schools in Suzhou as follows:The opening form of: the 6 of this schools open on time, the other 9 are in reservation form. The school opening on time is mainly the outdoor sports facilities.Open object: the mainly object of open-on-time pilot school is the public personal, and 33.3% of these will open to the school’s physical training. The individual reserve-opening pilot schools open to the masses of the morning and evening training, there are 88.9% of the reserve-opening pilot schools opening to the streets and community organizations, and all the reserve-opening pilot schools are open to the nearby enterprises and institutions, 44.4% of the reserve-opening pilot schools is also open to the school’s physical training.The opened facilities: the 9 reserve-opening pilot schools mainly open the indoor facility implementation, including popular indoor basketball court, indoor badminton courts and indoor table tennis Hall. In the part of the schools, the outdoor track and field, outdoor basketball court and outdoor soccer field are complying with the requirements of the opening.the funds for opening: the pilot schools freely open to fitness, 80% of special funds of the pilot schools are from the city government departments, and litter special funds of the pilot schools is from the administrative departments of education, the funds can fully meet the needs of the open in 33.3% of the schools, the funds can basically meet the needs of opening in 60% of the pilot schools, the funds cannot meet the needs of opening in 6.7% of the pilot.Security respect: the government has bought "public liability insurance" for the school, the responsibility of the safety is responsible by the personal, and paid by the insurance company. 6 of the open schools have isolation measure. 60% of schools do not installed monitoring facilities in the open area. 40% of the school do not equipped with use method indicator, attention, safety warning signs in the sports facilities area. In the process of opening, only 26.7% of the schools have guider in the open area, in the opening process. All 15 schools regular inspect and maintain for sports facilities, equipment. Most of the pilot schools have developed a contingency plan for emergencies.Open system: 15 schools have sports venues management rules and regulations. This is an important result of opening work. 86.7% of the pilot schools have opened opening rules of the sports facilities. But only a small part of the pilot schools have taken opening work in the annual work plan, the annual research of opening work are at least two times.Open management: 73.3% of the pilot schools are equipped with full-time sports venue management. in a very few of the pilot schools,the sports field managers are the part-time physical education teachers or other part-time staff. The number of pilot school’s sports ground management personnel is 1-2. 66.7% of the pilot school sports managers believe that the current team cannot meet the opening needs. It can be seen that the managers of sports venues has problem in the pilot schools.2) Ranked according to the important degree, the main problems of the pilot schools are safety problems, management personnel problems, funding problems, the attention of leadership is not enough, the propaganda is not enough, and the degree of opening is low.3) The recommendations are as follows: to improve safety facilities, strengthen the guidance of fitness; standardize the management system, enrich the management team; broaden the channels of funding, ensure earmarking; establish the concept of service, strengthen the leadership attention, positive publicity and promotion, enhance the social effects; integrate resources, use flexible and diverse forms.
