Research On The Construction And Development Of Community Sports Venues In Tianjin

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that China has now entered a new era of construction and development,and the contradictions in our society have also changed,beginning to appear as the contradiction between the people's ever-growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.There is also a contradiction between people's demand for fitness and the unbalanced and inadequate supply of sports facilities in the community sports facilities in Tianjin.The specific problems are the insufficient number of construction of sports facilities,unreasonable planning,and lack of operation and management mechanism.This article USES the literature material method,mathematical analysis,logic analysis,on-the-spot investigation method and interview method and other scientific research methods,using the related theory knowledge,from the Angle of view of the reform of public service supply side to analyze situation of community sports facilities supply in tianjin and tianjin community residents demand for community sports facilities.The following contradictions exist in the supply and demand of Tianjin community sports venues: the main body of public service supply is single,and the supply structure is unreasonable;The public service supply mechanism is unreasonable;The undersupply of public services and the mismatch between the content of supply and demand;The sustainability of the supply of public services needs to be improved.According to the contradiction between supply and demand and from the perspective of public service supply-side reform,this paper puts forward the supply-side reform strategies to solve the contradiction between supply and demand:construct multiple supply structure and perfect the social participation mechanism;Using Internet technology to establish information platform,accurate supply;Enrich the content of supply and make up for weak links;Reasonable use and allocation of sports resources,improve the effective supply rate;Establish the management mechanism and supervision mechanism of community sports venues and facilities to improve management efficiency.It is hoped that this study can improve the supply level of community sports facilities to meet the needs of community residents for fitness.
