Nowadays, the competition between countries is actually the talent competition, and it comes down to the competition of enterprising and creative talents. Argumentation in high school is meant to encourage students to discover problems, think logically, see things from different angles, put forward their own views, dare to challenge traditional concepts, and pursue innovation. However, at present, the argumentation essays of senior high school students are modelized with little creativity. Therefore it is essential to cultivate the students’ creativity in the teaching of argumentation.Based on the teaching practice, this paper discusses the teaching strategies of creative writing, combining the theories of pedagogy, psychology, Chinese course and teaching and the methods of essay study and case study. This essay aims to train students to write an excellent article with creative ideas and improve students’ writing ability, Chinese competence and creativity.On the basis of previous studies, this study firstly describes the concepts of argumentation and argumentation writing, the definition, the influencing factors and characteristics of creativity, the specific meaning of creativity in argumentation writing and the features of good creative argumentation essays. Secondly. it analyzes the phenomena and reasons why high school students can’t write a good and innovative argumentation essay. Last but not least, it puts forward the teaching strategies of creative writing, including teaching principles, specific writing guidance methods and teaching procedures needed to be stressed. The study based on the current situation is practical and must be of great value to argumentation teaching.
