In the era of big data, it is imperative for all the people to read, especially for the middle school students in the growth and development. Chinese reading is the most important part of Chinese learning in junior high school and it is an important starting point to improve students’ Chinese reading ability and students’ Chinese reading literacy. How to guide students to make effective reading and improve the effectiveness of class teaching is very important.But now, the reading situation for junior middle school students in the township school is not optimistic. The analysis of the main reasons in the following four aspects:(1) The reading environment is too utilitarian and the students are not interested in reading;(2) The reading content, especially the teaching of reading is too simple;(3) The teaching method of reading teaching is inefficient;(4) The reading teaching evaluation mechanism is one-sided. In the thesis, choosing Xietang School in Suzhou Industrial Park such a village school as a case is to study the specific analysis of the students reading and the problems reflected in reading teaching in order to give some strategies and suggestions to further promote the development of the township school reading teaching as well as providing some reference.This thesis is made up of three parts: The first part is to expound the definition and significance of the multiple reading, and lay the theoretical foundation for the study;The second part is to invest and analyze the Township School Students’ reading and the present situation of the Chinese class teaching, focusing on the analysis of the existing problems in order to reflect seriously and research; The third part is to explore the problems of the existence of the students to guide students to read and improve the effectiveness of class teaching methods and strategies:(1) To create good reading environment and cultivate students’ reading interest;(2)To choose and arrange reading contents reasonably;(3) To improve the reading teaching methods effectively(4) To enrich the reading teaching evaluation.
