In 1980s,some developed countries in western countries set off an upsurge of education with reflective teaching as a new teaching theory and practice.With the deepening of China's education reform,reflective teaching comes slowly into the sight of our educators,high school teachers to bring a new teaching philosophy,has gradually become a hot topic of teachers.Reflective teaching is a way of teaching teachers to constantly reflect on their own teaching behavior.In the course of teaching practice,teachers refer to their own teaching process and classroom activities as cognitive objects,and make critical reflection on teaching behavior and teaching process,Consciously review,analyze and re-understand,and strive to improve the teaching effect,improve the teaching level,so that they become the process of expert teachers.Its purpose is to enable students to learn to learn,teachers learn to teach,the development of students and development teachers together.This article explores the reflective teaching in senior high school mathematics with its own teaching experience,so as to enable more teachers to recognize and understand the significance of reflective teaching.According to the content,the full text is divided into six chapters:the first chapter introduces the background and research situation of reflective teaching.The second chapter simply expounds the theoretical knowledge of reflective teaching and the connotation,characteristics and value of reflective teaching and its feasibility in high school mathematics teaching.The third and fourth chapters discuss the content of reflections of teachers and students in high school mathematics reflective teaching and the way of reflection.Chapter 5 applies the reflective teaching theory in the case of specific mathematics teaching.The sixth chapter is the reflection and experience of this study.
