Under the influence of all kinds of thoughts, the mental health status of the floating children has always been the common concern from all walks of life, the study of floating children at first start from the Angle of the problem, and then into edge Angle, especially the emerging social work professional, urban migrant children art will be more experts and scholars of heated discussion, all kinds of research has become a hot topic in the study of sociology and psychology. Floating children art force is floating children in the process of growth and development is a very necessary personal qualities and abilities, meet some setbacks or obstacles when urban migrant children, in real life, a higher level of art force can force them to the right in the face of difficulties, can calm processing and solve the problem, rather than choose to escape, art force level of ascension can provide more help for urban migrant children’s life experience, for future life path laid a good foundation. This article from the perspective of social work to study how to improve the level of urban mobility children art force, and for children of migrant workers to provide a good living environment, make the floating children healthy growth, the research has important significance.According to the floating children art research background, research status quo, this paper USES the case work, group work in social work to intervene in urban mobility children art research, investigation object for wuxi Y community 160 floating children,160 questionnaires, recycling of 152. Based on social work theory, analysis the status of the floating children art force, reveals the floating children’s current art force level and its influencing factors, and the Y community floating children in wuxi city as an example, through the social work intervention study the art level, in the process of research, the author under the guidance of social work perspective, according to the general pattern of social work for director to carry out the service, thus this article concluded that the community is a carrier of floating children into the city life, floating children art force level is not high, however, to some extent hindered floating children into the process of city life, community’s rich resources, floating children can through the use of community resources to improve its own art level, but specifically how to utilize the community the carrier is the key to a goal. Based on the actual situation of egotism has targeted service plan, the plan is designed to encourage director took an active part in community activities, from micro, meso and macro three aspects to build a support network, in order to become a director promote art force level, strengthen into the carrier of urban life in the further. Elaborate plan allows the director to plan step by step purposefully goal, makes the social work can help needed in the practice exploration of egotism.
