Whilst the rocketing market economy and urbanization,the 21st century has witnessed the spurt of migrant workers.Moreover,since the transformation of popularity morbidity from individual to household,which ensues to a redundancy of migrant children from their following of parents.Reflected by the indication of related statistics in the end of 2013,the China's migrating population reached 245 million,while,increasingly,about 40 million were their children.Qua vulnerable groups,migrant children has been not only becoming a social sensitive issue,but compactly,also relating to the social stability and development,and draw extensive concern amongst society as well.As the result,their education status has been attached a high priority in nationwide.Yet the migrating children's education is limited at schools,whilst the lack of their community education,which in effect occupies an equal state to schools for its decisive role,played in a child's physical and mental development.With the dependence of fine community education,migrant children' ability in learning and practice will be acquired,as well as their belongingness and adaptability,also signified much to their family and the whole group of migrating population as well.According to the files of "classroom at half past 4"program which the author has been being contact during the internship offered via society livelihood instruction in Shushan district,Hefei city,the author has proposed such suggestions as to solve the problems for compensating the shortages emerged as social workers affiliating to the classrooms for providing migrating children better community educatioin,which will gain more achievements in helping this kind of vulnerable group.Deemed to be an important human resource in future and the backbone power of city construction and development,migrating children has not only gained much attention presently from academic and society,but also made its urbanization turning into the substantial pillar for the China's domestic social transformation.The first chapter is to briefly analyze the research background and research significance,and then define the concepts of migrant children and community education and "four and a half classrooms",and the current situation of migrant children education and foreign community education in China.The literature on the development of the two aspects of the analysis.The second chapter explains the theoretical perspective and research methods.The theoretical perspective includes Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,personality development theory and social learning theory.The research methods use the questionnaire method,the literature method and the comparative research method.The third chapter analyzes the problems and causes of the education of migrant children.Due to the lag of China's policies and regulations,the backwardness of China's household registration system and the problem of labor mobility in China,the problems of current education of migrant children are caused.It also analyzes three aspects of the problems of migrant children's education:the families,schools and society of migrant children.The fourth chapter gives an overview of the "four and a half classrooms" in the M organization and the X community,including the background of the;"four and a half classrooms" project and the community's exploration of the-"four and a half classrooms" project.It is an overview,and finally analyzes the necessity of social work involved in the education of migrant children in the community,and introduces the way social work involves the education of migrant children.The fifth chapter analyzes the problems in the implementation of the"four-and-a-half-class classroom" of X Community in Hefei City from four aspects:the lack of funds for "four o'clock and half class" service,limited space for "four o'clock and half class" activities,and "four points" In the semi-classroom,the teaching staff is in short supply,and the "4:30 class" classroom content is single.I hope that we can make improvements from these four aspects,so that the "4:30 classroom" will better serve the community mobile children.The sixth chapter focuses on the countermeasures to solve the problem of urban migrant children's education.The migrant children themselves must establish self-confidence and enhance the self-learning ability of migrant children.The floating children's parents change their educational concepts and further promote the harmonious relationship between parents and children.Children provide high-quality teachers and excellent school education environment;the community should give full play to the role of the community in resource integration and create a better community environment.
