Research On Social Work Intervention In Urban Migrant Children's Community Integration

In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization,the urban-rural dual structure is increasingly prominent,in order to obtain better resources and environment,more and more rural population flow to the city.According to the national bureau of statistics,there are now 241 million migrants in China,along with their children.According to the statistical data released by the ministry of education in 2018,it is found that in 2017,the number of children accompanying their parents in the stage of compulsory education was 18.9745 million,an increase of 2.8386 million or 17.6% in the past five years.The number of children of migrant workers in cities was 14.0663 million,an increase of 1.2947 million or 10.14 percent in the past five years.This is also a large group that cannot be ignored.The author combines the condition of internship at Z institutions,from L community floating children's social work service perspective,floating children in community as the research object,blend in floating children community as the breakthrough point of the study,from a social work organization of L urban community intervention programme of floating children,to promote the floating children into the community.Community into the difficult problem of floating children,the author of this paper,through the research methods of questionnaire and case interview,to explore communities of floating children in interpersonal communication,parents with demand,and community identity and community into the process of community identity is low maladjustment,community life and a lack of confidence,defensive,etc;Using the theory of child development and the social support theory,from the group and community level to carry out the professional social work practice,carried out a series of group work,improve the floating children's learning ability and confidence,improve the floating children's social intercourse ability,enrich the floating children's daily life,change the floating children parents' education concept,for the floating children into the community to provide feasible action plans,easy to operate.By summarizing the positive effects and problems in the process of intervention,this paper puts forward reasonable Suggestions for the integration of migrant children in urban communities,and provides new research ideas for better solving the problem of migrant children's community integration.
