| Mathematics education reform has always stressed that the teachers a deep understanding of mathematics content knowledge is a prerequisite to ensure effective conduct of mathematics teaching. However, good teaching requires teachers to possess not only a strong subject matter knowledge, and requiring teachers to be able to contribute to the teaching content into students’ understanding of characterization. In general, we are more concerned about the situation of teachers for mathematics teaching, then how in the present level of mathematics teacher’s MKT is and what factors affect,how to improve teacher’s MKT level is an urgent need to study.An empirical study on teachers’ knowledge of mathematics there are many directions, from subject knowlege to the concerns of teachers pedagogical content knowledge of teachers.In recent years, research more attention to teaching and students, the real measure "mathematical knowlege for teaching" (MKT). At present, the domestic research on in-service teacher MKT less, very little for our MKT test table.This study of mathematics teachers MKT understand the status quo and influence factors analysis MKT teacher, look for ways to improve math teacher MKT.The study was divided into two phases:(1) Through the study found the overall low level of in-service mathematics teachers MKT, the need to further improve the specific knowledge from each sub-category view, CCK is very high, the rest are generally low, which is our in-service mathematics teacher has a solid knowledge of general content, but the rest of knowledge is weak.(2) Factors affecting teachers MKT is diverse, educational background, teacher’s school and the impact of seniority on the MKT is different, where the impact of seniority and the host school teachers MKT significant, but the impact on educational backgroud MKT is not significant. A teacher’s educational backgroud, seniority and influence their school where MKT can be simply understood as his educational backgroud did not play a role, the school where he was to his SMK played a significant role, his educational backgroud on his PCK played a very important role.Finally, according to the research findings, mathematics teachers on-the-job training, where the school management to make some suggestions and directions for further research. |
