The fast development of Education informatization and vocationaleducation has put forward new requirements on secondary vocationalteacher’s professional development. The full implementation of thevocational education informatization and the trend of internationalteachers education informatization development presses for secondaryteacher education in our country to speed up the pace of reform.Enterprise knowledge management is introduced into education fields,which provide a new concept and method for the education management,at the same time, teacher’s personal knowledge management offers a newapproach for secondary vocational teacher professional developmentresearch.By referring to the literature material recent years, I found that theresearch of secondary vocational teacher’s personal knowledgemanagement at home and abroad, it mainly from the three angles ofteacher education, technology platform, education management to study, but no further, systematic research, the research achievements aboutteacher’s professional development are quite a lot, but the research fromthe teacher’s personal knowledge management perspective to study theteacher’s professional development also is less. This article through theissue of questionnaire about personal knowledge management to thesecondary vocational teachers in guangxi, understand the presentsituation about secondary vocational teacher’s personal knowledgemanagement, then through the interview of the four excellent teachersand one expert, in this paper, I have conclude their personal knowledgemanagement in the methods and strategies, and sum up the model of theteacher’s personal knowledge management promoting secondaryvocational teacher’s professional development, at last, based on theability of secondary vocational teacher’s modern education technology inthe information age, I have develop the training courses for secondaryvocational teacher’s personal knowledge management, and put it intopractice, for the secondary teachers speaking, it will act as a reference. |
