In 2007, the new curriculum reform started in heilongjiang province, yichun friendly 3 walk in the forefront of the new curriculum reform, with the continuous efforts of all the teachers and students, summed up a set of accord with the new curriculum idea of history classroom teaching mode, namely the effective classroom teaching. As the key part of effective classroom teaching implementation of history learning case design is very important. So this paper mainly introduces three friendly history learning case design and use requirements and Suggestions. Implement effective classroom teaching, the critical part of learning is to design and use of case as links of classroom, students use guide case prepare ahead of time, use the guide to learn case teachers guide students in classroom teaching. Specific implement effective classroom teaching, including the use of guided learning case is to follow the concept of new curriculum reform, reflect the teachers as the leading factor, the student as the main body of teaching thoughts in guiding case design and use process, will focus on learning case guiding thought. Learning case as the carrier, the students use to self-study tutorship case, students’ autonomous learning under the guidance of teachers and effective teams show activity of classroom teaching and to improve students’ study enthusiasm. But, as the design and use of effective classroom learning history case further exploration and practice in effective classroom learning history in the design and use of the problems and defects in the process of gradually emerge, such as lack of some widely usability is designed to guide the realistic problems in the study case. Therefore, the author thinks that in the history of learning the case for the design and use must intensify the rectification, understand the causes of problems, and put forward more effective for guiding case design measures, to solve these shortcomings. This study adopts the methods of documentary, investigation method, intensive research to improve the level of design and use of the history of learning case. Paper is divided into four sections:Section 1:introduction (of the paper, the research status at home and abroad, the paper studies the train of thought and simple content; the thesis research methods and innovation points) in the second section:introduction to friendly 3 history guide to learn the usage of case model, introduced three sprocket case friendly features.In the third section:to point out that friendly 3 history learning case problems existing in the design and use of prominent problems existing in the design of learning case solution are obtained.Section 4:history classroom teaching effectively in learning the design and application of strategy, this part emphatically for the friendly 3 history learning the use and promotion of effective advice.
