The discipline of history is a function of the quality of training carryinghuman subjects, however,due to many factors, secondary education in the disciplineof history has been long neglected in the awkward position. This situation can notadapt to the social development needs,at the same time,it is not conductive to theholistic development of students. Therebefore, the high school history cuurriculumreform is imperative.The new curriculum reform for secondary school historyteaching provides a rare opportunity for development and direction of reform, toachieve effective teaching of history teaching reform of the most important part. Withthe deepening of the new curriculum, effective teaching as an advanced concept ineducation is growing in popularity. However, some teachers lack of effective supportand guidance of teaching strategies, classroom teachers, there are still some inefficientor ineffective behavior, a lot of history teachers in the history curriculum has put a lotof time and effort, the result did not, which directly affecting the implementation ofeffective teaching. In the new curriculum, the teaching of history of what is effectiveteaching, history of education has become the focus of attention. Explore theuniversality and particularity of effective teaching and learning strategies of middleschool history and to the specific case, so that teachers serve as a bridge for effectiveteaching and technical support for the role of intermediary, has important practicalsignificance.The text is divided into a total of five parts: The first part is the introduction,focuses on the problem of effective teaching, research significance and research;second part describes the concept of effective teaching, what is effective teaching ofhigh school history and the history classroomperformance; part three and part four isthe focus of this article, the third part is the problems in the process of effectiveteaching high school history and the universal response. The universal response to thispaper, the problems for the effective teaching of high school history education inteaching the various elements to explore eleven, mainly containing teacher levelstudent level, the level of school administrators, curriculum resources, integrationlevel, the level of classroom teaching methods, six aspects of teaching evaluationlevels; the fourth part is the particularity of the high school history teaching strategies,in this part of the specific case PEP history required the first lesson the Xia andShang Western Zhou Dynasty’s political system."implementation to reflect the specialnature of effective teaching strategies for high school history; last part is a brief summary of this conduct.
