Learning without thought is useless. Knowledge acquisition is launched in doubt. The process of learning is that the questions of knowledge for students get its solution through thinking. Nowadays, because of the poor students’ enthusiasm, the students can’t get the knowledge effectively.The purpose of this research is to improve the students’ thinking, to seize the valuable time in the classroom, and to improve the efficiency of the classroom.To take the form of scientific design of the classroom to ask questions, forming an efficient classroom questions.Classroom questioning is a teaching method to maintain the relationship between teachers and students.Figuratively speaking, the teacher’s accurately questioning is like a pebble in the investment pool.It can make the pool of class ups and downs and colorful,and arouse the students’ ripple of thinking and waves of the mind.The direction of the research is to change the classroom mode of the teachers as the main body,to pay attention to the students as the teaching center, and design classroom problem based on students.Arouse students’ learning enthusiasm and guide students’ thinking direction through classroom questioning. Effective questions of mathematics classroom is a bridge or kindling or catalyst of cultivating students’ creative ability.It can stimulate students’interest and activate students’ thinking.Through the research on the phenomenon of questions from the 14 maths classes of 6 mathematics teachers in our school, from the most real class evidence, the actual situation of classroom questioning is studied. Classroom inefficient questions are prevalent.As well as the cause of such inefficient questions the reason analysis, through the example and comparison, find ways to improve the elements of effective questioning in the classroom, thinking to improve the effectiveness of classroom questioning strategies examples to improve classroom questioning the effectiveness of effective way.The way includes the scientific design of classroom questions, grasping the opportunity to ask questions, the target for all students, as well as making a suitable and efficient management to questions of the classroom, etc.Research shows that the scientific design of classroom questioning, not only to enrich the classroom content, mobilize the enthusiasm of the students, but also to improve the quality of teachers.As the initiator of classroom questioning content, teachers in the procession of designing classroom questions can strengthen the familiar with and mastery of the teaching material content, have a comprehensive understanding of students, rigorous teaching language, and planning class teaching time scientifically.The research of the project is carried out in the practice teaching, and the research results are applied to the practical teaching.Through the analysis of the results of practical application, reflect the development of classroom effectiveness questioning in teaching application.The whole article is proved by a lot of examples.The improvement of effectiveness of classroom questioning, can improve the quality of teaching in mathematics classroom.Teaching must grasp from the classroom, then the classroom should grasp from questioning.
