The study took three different levels of school studies, there is a certain breadth and depth of how to make efficient work has a certain reference value.In the first chapter, I mainly focus on the present research of home and abroad and then make a summary by literature reviewing. By doing this, I determine my research direction and research design.In the second chapter, I focus on the theories statement which are necessary for my following research. These theories are humanism learning theory, cognitive junction structure migration theory, theory of multiple intelligences and cognitive load theory and so on. These theories will provide a solid theoretical basis to my research, besides, they are of great significance to help students to achieve their study goal.In the third chapter of this paper, through questionnaires, I study the current job status of high school students. According to the questionnaire survey, teachers requires students to do a great amount of homework just for a higher marks, which makes students spend their all day to finish them and feel tired. Because of that, students begin to be negative and even feel fearful to their study. By interviewing the grade one students and analyze the interviewing results, I make conclusions as follows:too much homework and most of them are too difficult; the homework corrections are lack of effective feedback.In the fourth chapter, the writer will analyze the design principles, methods, strategies and types of the high school chemistry homework on the basis of above theories.In the fifth chapter, by referring to various types of documents and supplementary books and teaching related books, the author find out a way to design homework of high efficiency, which will help students to make progress in their study. Students are much interested in such homework that are of more practical, inquiry and interesting tasks but less in open questions. The main reason may related to too much but less fun homework.In the sixth chapter, the writer mainly focus on a summary of the previous five chapters and give a conclusion. Besides, the writer also make a further narration of her main points and propose the weak points of this research.To improve the effectiveness of student work, we still need to joint efforts of teachers and students. During the teaching process, how to improve classroom interaction and make high efficient homework will be our never ending aims.
