The minister of education department,Chenbaosheng definitely indicated that the prospective talented person must be well-educated when answering the questions of journalist in the live broadcast meeting about education working of two sessions on 16~thh March 2018.So minster Chen firstly suggested that the professional code system must be performed strictly,the access system of teaching industry should be improved constantly,the professionalism of teachers should be strengthened;Secondly,the teacher's moral construction and the professional development of teachers should be tightened,they can teach equipping with strong knowledge system and educate with value standard which meets the standard of era;In the end,he appealed schools and departments of education and administration to return time to teachers who were in teaching posts so that they can have enough time to recharge and introspection and improve the teaching and professional development levels for students.The professional development level means that the process during which teachers gradually learned professional education knowledge and skills by special training and lifelong learning during whole career,and they continually improve themselves teaching quality and finally become professional education workers.The teachers'development have been influenced deeply by social and historical factors in our country,although the level of teacher's professional development has been improved strikingly,the low social status,the weak development levels and the slower start of professional development of teachers than other developed countries all contributed to those increasingly obvious problems in the construction of qualified teachers queue.The data suggests that there are many problems in the process of school teachers'professional development according to the questionnaires and interviews of junior teachers and the investigations which were accumulated during working in the training center,such as the clear ascendant trend of teachers'boredom,the weak conscious and motivation of teachers'development,the formalization and weak relevance of the teaching and research and training which are used to promoted the teachers'professional development,the lack of efficient track and feedback system,the misunderstand of teaching and the absence of efficient teaching research and reflection and so on.I found that the most important factor should be attributed to the bad link among teachers education relief,planning,action and teaching reflection during the process of communicating with many educational experts and looking up related document literature,investigations and interviews.More construction of systematic principles and less humanistic emotional concern are also the important reasons which lead to the slump of teachers'professional development in external driving factors of teachers'professional development.This research is based on the current situation of school teachers'professional development,and promotes the school teachers'development by exploration method which is mainly inner driving and external driving as a supplement,in order to find the point of strength for school teachers who are in the process of professional development,promote the generation and expression of teaching wisdom,advance the level of professional development,and turn a novice into a expert.The methods of the article are literature,questionnaire and interview,mainly in literature and questionnaire and interview as supplements.Structuring the methods and channels of school teachers'professional development who are in the process of teaching by putting the problems of teachers'professional development in today's educational environment in order,analyzing the reasons,and based on policies and environment security and teachers cultivate themselves action.
