Schedule Control And Coordination Management Of Improvement In CD College Teaching Quality Project

Teaching quality, as the soul of school education, applies the relevant theory of project progress control and coordination effectively into college teaching management, which is the foundation of improvement of teaching quality.Taking the case for teaching quality improvement project of CD college, with the guide of knowledge about the project schedule control and project coordination management, and followed the management norms and standards strictly, the paper focus on the study on the implementation of the applied undergraduate talents training plan, and aiming at specific problems in teaching quality management, put forward to some of the new train of thought to solve the problem of college teaching quality improvement project management, hoping to improve the quality of applied undergraduate talents.The main content and the structure of the thesis are as follows: Chapter One is an introduction to the background, significance, methodology. The fourth chapter analyzes its process of schedule control and its optimized schedule plan as well as dynamic monitoring of project progress. Then put forward to some methods of the external and internal coordination. And based on this, some countermeasures in the teaching quality management are suggested. The fifth chapter concerns about the analysis coordination management of CD college teaching quality improvement project from the aspects of improving study environment, establishing evaluation mechanism and the research system, strengthening management, Improving the overall quality etc., in the end, it brings forward management strategies for further enhancement in schedule control implementation process and evaluation for the project coordination management.
