Independent college as a new thing of higher education, according to the new mechanism, the undergraduate level two college new mode of operation, since 1999, the rapid development, increased year by year. The emergence of a large number of high school quality, independent colleges are welcome in all walks of life. The teacher’s salary system in Independent College as a breakthrough in Shijiazhuang, H independent college as a research sample, based on motivation theory, from the leadership and management, working environment, monetary income directly, indirect monetary income and work itself five dimensions reflect the teachers’ satisfaction of the current salary system objectively, rationally reveals several problems of teacher salary system of independent college in Shijiazhuang and the, and in-depth analysis of its causes, from the perspective of incentives put forward to improve the teachers’ salary satisfaction countermeasures and suggestions to improve the independent college salary system, In order to improve the rationality of the compensation system.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part, introduction. The purpose and significance of the research, research methods and contents of this paper and the status of research at home and abroad.The second part, the concept of compensation and incentive theory, and reveals the fair, double factors, the intrinsic link between the expectations and needs of the four levels of theory and teachers’ salary satisfaction.The third part, from the leadership and management, working environment, monetary income directly, indirect monetary income and work itself in five dimensions to describe the status quo of teachers’ satisfaction of Shijiazhuang H independent college.The fourth part, according to the analysis of the current situation of H independent college teachers’ satisfaction problems of independent college in Shijiazhuang.The fifth part, according to the theoretical and empirical analysis, put forward the countermeasures to improve the salary system of Shijiazhuang independent college from the perspective of incentives.
