Teacher is the foundation of education,so the teachers’ professional development is directly related to the realization of education goal. Our country has a large number of rural teachers, since entering the new century, the government has taken a series of measures to make great changes in rural teachers, however, for different reasons there are still many problems existing in rural teachers’ professional development. These problems not only restrict the development of rural education, but also restrict the healthy growth of the rural teachers. Based on this, this article puts rural teachers’ professional development as the research direction, and still there is special relationship between the climate of school organizational administration and rural teachers’ growth. Therefore we intend to make analysis and research in an all-round way on the climate of school organizational administration. The full text is divided into four parts.The first part. Basic theory of rural teachers’ professional development. This part mainly expounds the connotation of rural teachers’ professional growth and relevant theories. The theory of rural teachers’ professional development includes the teacher professional development theory and the theory of lifelong learning; the theory of the climate of school organizational administration includes charismatic leadership theory, leadership behavior theory and leadership style theory.The second part. It’s about the situation and problems of the rural teachers’ professional development. This part mainly through interviewing and data analyzing sums up the problems of rural teachers’ professional development. The specific problems are mostly displayed in these: incorrect professional attitude, backward in education concept, lack of professional knowledge and ability.The third part. The reasons of influence on rural teachers’ growth. This part mainly analyzes the reasons of influencing rural teachers’ professional growth from view on the climate of school organizational administration. By using the SPSS 17.0,it ’s found that there is a positive correlation between the climate of school organizational administration and rural teachers’ growth. The climate of school organizational administration can affect the rural teachers’ professional development about 44.7%. Based on this, the factors influencing rural teacher’s professional growth are the leading authority, improper care enough, leadership style, and the system implementation does not reach the designated position, etc.The fourth part.The countermeasures in promoting rural teachers’ professional development. Aimed at the problems we found in our study, we should fully implement the party’s education policy, at the same time, we should also improve the climate of school organizational administration which includes: Establishing leadership’s authority to lead teachers’ growth; Improving leadership style to promote teachers’ growth; Carrying out the system construction to guarantee teachers’ growth; Strengthening the information management system of teachers to support teacher ’s growth in all-round.The innovation lies in studying rural teachers’ professional development from the climate of school organizational administration. Through the data analysis it’s found that there is significant correlation between the climate of school organizational administration and rural teachers’ growth. The climate of school organizational administration can affect the rural teachers’ professional development about 44.7%.
