This research mainly uses Teacher’s job satisfaction sale and The climate ofsecondary school organizational administration sale,to survey240secondaryteachers from a certain city.By the relative analysis between the five dimensions of teacher’s jobsatisfaction and the five dimensions of the climate of secondary school organizationaladministration,find that they are positive correlation,so that the climate of secondaryschool organizational administration can influence teacher’s job satisfaction, and thenanalysis the reason of job dissatisfaction from the climate of secondary schoolorganizational administration.The survey result of the teacher’s job satisfaction point out the total level of it is3.224,self-realization(4.129),working environment (3.374),interpersonal relationship(3.104) is satisfacti;the satisfaction of intensity of work(2.838),wage(2.668),excitingmeasure(2.739) is low. According to interview, the dissatisfaction focus on theworkload, low-wage, unfair distribution system, the lack of autonomy teaching,formalization of teaching training, deficiencies of teacher evaluation system. From theclimate of secondary school organizational administration, the reason of jobdissatisfaction focus on four factors. School leadership on Teachers’ caring isinsufficient; management of teacher professional development exist mistakes;administrative level is high; incentive system is not scientific.Finally, from the climate of secondary school organizational administration pointout five suggestions of improving teachers’ job satisfactions: improving leadership;enhance consciousness to care for teachers, improving their situation; changingleadership style and becoming a democratic leader; improving the system constructionto achieve fairness; strengthening the organization and management system.
