| Since the 21 st century, China has entered a critical period in Colleges Physical Education Reform, College of Physical Education in China will change from the "examination-oriented education" to "quality education", so that more students will change form passive acceptance of physical education, to actively participate in sports and develop lifetime sports consciousness and ability ultimately. Thus, through the establishment of College Sports Clubs, try to combine physical education with extracurricular exercise. Over the past decade, it has achieved fruitful results that national universities generally have established a variety of sports clubs and many college students also actively participate in club activities, and form a new atmosphere of College Sports. But sports club model is not mature in China because of the short time of application, especially in Heilongjiang region, sports clubs promote late and there are still many problems in the operation.Badminton as one of the most popular sports of college students has a high participation, and the number of participants of Badminton Club is large, thus,operation problems are more prominent. So in this paper, University Badminton Club in Heilongjiang Province as the research object, mainly through the literature, questionnaire survey and other research methods, investigate and understand the University Badminton Club in Heilongjiang Province, and find there has problems of inadequate equipment, irrational use of space; lack of professional guidance and slow improve; loose organizational management; the shortfall of funding and other issues, so the paper proposes specific solutions that emphasis on making use of venues and facilities construction, increase technical guidance curriculum, strengthen the organizational management and broaden the sources of funding. The article provides theoretical reference for the future of Heilongjiang College Badminton Club Development. |
