Hunan College Badminton Club And Investigate The Status Of The Study On Sustainable Development

Badminton, which has an international and high reputation and influence, is an attractive and elegant sport. This activity requires high technology and fine skills, fast speed, many changes, competitive game, which is rather difficult to grasp and improve. In recent years, with the popularity of playing badminton, badminton entered the college sports course to become university students favorite sports activity. Badminton club has entered colleges and universities, which is the foundation of the development of badminton club in Hunan Province. Research on the current college badminton teaching, extra-curricular activities and analysis of its existing problems will have practical significance to promote the education reform and development of college sports. Club teaching in colleges is a universal trend in the world. Meanwhile, it will be effective means to combine the competitive sports and college sports to fullfil the resources of colleges and serve for competitive games. Hunan badminton sport is strong and has good masses foundation. This thesis is advantageous for the management and development of Hunan college badminton club, a good theoretical guide and great significance for the achievement of masses exerscise.Through the use of a questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, literature, expert interviews and other methods, it investigates the current status of badminton activity in 10 Hunan representative universities, including Xiangtan University, and demonstrates that the badminton clubs in Hunan colleges and universties take on a region advantage owing to the comparatively superior conditions of the stadiums and gymnasiums , physics education policies, etc. by means of investigation and analysis of the sport facilities, curriculum, policies, management,teachers, financial input, student and teacher's attitudes. At the same time, some problems are still waiting to be solved: the activity is not so popular; the students are still lack of consumption consciousness; the teachers' payment is relatively low; the arrangement of the content and time of this course is not so rational; the organization system is not yet accelerated and clubs are short of funds. In order to improve the development of the badminton clubs, this thesis also offers some proposals and suggestions. It validates that the badminton teaching clubs in university are continuable. Focusing on the theory and practice of college sports reform, it probes into the existance and development of badminton club in colleges in Hunan province to offer the theoretical basis and reference frame of PE reform and badminton clubs practice in colleges.
