industry in the new era,the operational badminton club has become an important carrier for the public to participate in badminton and plays a vital role in promoting the development of mass sports.In recent years,in order to meet the needs of the society,the number of business feather club is increasing,resulting in increased market competition,market demand saturation,market vitality decline.In this case,the development of operational badminton clubs appears bottleneck,its economic benefits are also facing major challenges.With the development of economy and society and the improvement of people’s living standard,badminton consumers have put forward higher requirements for the club and expect more emotional enjoyment of sports.There is no doubt that in the face of this change in demand,the operation and management of this kind of club have ignored the needs of coaches,consumers,it leads to the serious problems in sports experience and service quality in the development of commercial badminton clubs,and further leads to the derailment between this kind of clubs and social demand and consumer demand,the operational badminton club own operation and management service ability need to be further promoted.It is this phenomenon and the existence of the problem for the domestic scholars and sports club operators to solve this problem provides a good opportunity.Based on the current situation of the development of commercial badminton clubs in Shang qiu,this paper selects 7 representative commercial badminton clubs in Shang qiu as the object of investigation.Using the methods of literature review,expert interviews,on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper makes an in-depth investigation into the development status of the seven commercial badminton clubs in Shang qiu,this paper probes into the problems existing in the development process of the seven commercial badminton clubs,analyzes on the factors that puzzle the development of the commercial badminton clubs in Shang qiu City,and advances some corresponding development countermeasures.On the one hand,it provides a reference for the operation and management of the seven badminton clubs in Shang qiu.On the other hand,it provides the theoretical basis for the related scholars to study the commercial badminton clubs and sports clubs in other regions.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Commercial badminton clubs in Shang qiu are distributed unevenly,mostly in residential areas,commercial areas and suburban areas with convenient transportation;The basic supporting facilities are complete,but the parking lot,shower,air conditioning and other equipment is not much;Club record good situation,are in the industrial and commercial Bureau or related sports department registration record;The purpose of the club is to pursue economic benefits and promote the development of badminton.The number of club venues is insufficient,and the economic source is single,mainly based on consumer dues and training fees.(2)There are more men and less women in the managers of commercial badminton clubs in Shang qiu City,and the largest proportion is over 46 years old.Most of them have college degrees or above,and there are many professional sports operators.The comprehensive quality of club operators needs to be improved;The management system of the club needs to be further improved;Management mode mainly adopts open management;The club organizes consumer participation activities mainly through recreational competitions.(3)There is a significant gender gap between the coaches of commercial badminton clubs in Shang qiu City.The proportion of male coaches is more than female coaches,and the coaches are mainly part-time;The number of working years of coaches is low,and the proportion of coaches without qualification certificate or training is high;The monthly income of coaches is low;Coaches have higher satisfaction on club management and club organization.(4)in Shang qiu,there are more male and less female customers of business badminton clubs,and the proportion of young people is relatively low.The main age group is between 18 and 35 years old;The sports motivation of consumers is mainly to enhance physical fitness and health,regulate emotions and release pressure The main reason for consumers to choose the club is the distance from home,followed by the number of people in the club The consumer is satisfied with the club coach,the ground material,the charge situation and other items.(5)the factors affecting the development of Shang qiu business badminton clubs can be divided into four categories: The club management services,hardware facilities and supporting facilities,the coach ability to teach,economic sources,the overall quality of managers,the ability to organize games and geographical location.(6)the future development direction of Shangqiu business badminton clubs should make use of the relevant policy advantages to vigorously promote badminton,improve the allocation of venue infrastructure,and strengthen after-sales service.Improve the comprehensive quality of club managers,train excellent coaches team,create their own brand advantage through selfmedia,attract consumers to participate in badminton.The suggestions are as follows:(1)the relevant government departments should strengthen the support to the operating badminton clubs in the loan and financing,simplify the examination and approval procedures,reduce and exempt taxes appropriately,and diversify the sources of funds.(2)the club should set up the information and digital management service platform,improve the usage rate of the venue and basic supporting facilities,and provide better sports experience for consumers.(3)the club should increase the economic expenditure on the construction of venues and supporting facilities,and improve the infrastructure such as parking lots and showers.(4)managers should strengthen the study of management knowledge,master advanced management ideas and marketing strategies,absorb excellent management talents,and create their own management model with club characteristics.(5)to strengthen the construction of the team of coaches in clubs,reduce the proportion of part-time coaches,establish a sound salary structure and promotion mechanism for coaches,and provide regular free badminton training for coaches;Let the coach master the advanced teaching idea and the teaching method.(6)to establish the feedback channel of consumers;sports experience satisfaction,and to strengthen the construction of club management service system,aim at solving the problems such as the insufficient number of venues,the imperfect supporting facilities and the imperfect management service in the course of the development of the club. |
