In this new era of the 21st century,learning to learn is more important than mastering specific knowledge.Learn to learn,in the early childhood education stage,is to develop children’s interest in learning,teach them the basic learning methods,guide them to develop good learning habits.Develop good learning habits,not only help to mobilize children’s learning enthusiasm and initiative,improve their learning efficiency and learning quality;moreover,it is helpful to further develop children’s independent learning ability and promote their development of innovative thinking.In addition,compared with children of other ages,children in large classes are in an important period of transition from young to young,and are about to face a major change in learning style.Therefore,it is necessary for teachers to ’strengthen the cultivation of their good learning habits during this period.So,which learning habits are more conducive to large class children adapt to the primary school learning style?Which training methods are more in line with the law of physical and mental development of children and age characteristics?What kind of environment is more conducive to stimulating children’s learning enthusiasm and initiative?What resources can teachers use?This is also the focus of this study.Thus,this study selected the xi ’an 3 provincial demonstrative kindergarten 10 large as the research object,adopting the method of literature method,observation method and interview method to collect all kinds of related information,and the obtained data collection and analysis,from the teachers’ knowledge and attitude towards learning habits and learning habits of the target and contents,training methods,environmental creation and resource use six aspects described the army of young children the real appearance of good study habits,and then sums up the army of young children in the process of learning habits existing problems and deficiencies,and further analyze the reasons behind the problem,Finally,the paper tries to put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to effectively cultivate children’s good learning habits,hoping to bring some enlightenment and thinking for kindergarten’s learning habit cultivation education.Through the review of relevant literature,interviews with teachers in large classes and observation of the learning habit cultivation activities of children in large classes,the researchers found that there are mainly the following problems in the process of good learning habit cultivation of children in large classes:teachers’ understanding of learning habit cultivation is not comprehensive;the content requirement of learning habit cultivation is relatively general;the correction method of bad study habit is not scientific enough;low participation rate of children in the creation of learning habit cultivation environment;parents are in a passive position in the cultivation of learning habits.Based on the above problems,the researchers conducted attribution analysis,specifically as follows:learning habit training activities become a mere formality;teachers did not fully implement the basic spirit of the guide;teachers lack the knowledge and ability to cultivate learning habits;the concept of learning habit cultivation environment creation is conservative;parents don’t have enough time,energy or ability.According to the problems existing in the cultivation of good learning habits of children in large classes and the causes of the problems,the researcher puts forward the following suggestions:deeply understanding the connotation and value of learning habits;improving the knowledge and ability of learning habits;improve the scientific learning habit training method;formulating detailed rules and regulations for the cultivation of learning habits;enhancing the effectiveness of learning habit knowledge training;creating an appropriate learning habit training environment;exploring diversified ways to use resources of parents.It is hoped that the above suggestions and countermeasures can provide some valuable ideas and suggestions for teachers and kindergartens to further improve the training process of good learning habits of large-class children.
