If a teenager form a habit,it will become a nature.Habit formed in childhood would like nature as entrenched,can influence the development of people life.Primary school is the primary stage of compulsory education,as well as the critical period of forming good study habits.The formation of good habits,is a prerequisite for students learning knowledge,exercising ability,and developing intelligence.In the moment,however,the cultivation of the learning habit focus on authority and neglect civil rights,focus on uniformity and neglect flexibility,causing students' learning motivation is not strong,their learning attitude is not clear,and their expression of individual aspiration is difficult to free flow.This habit formed in mandatory training mode is just the discipline and order on the surface,but hard to achieve connection between individual life.How to arouse the enthusiasm of students,and cultivate the habit of autonomous learning,is not only the pursuit of the humanist education idea in the new curriculum reform,but also the needs of student's own development.This study proposes to cultivate the students' learning habits by building a community of class,so that students can get identity negotiation,build the identity of the filial piety,and develop good study habits.Class is not only the basic unit carrying school education teaching,but also the basic organization of students'learning life.Each individual life with different learning life,diffident mark and different character came to a class,identify and consult unceasingly in the mutual involvement and cooperation with each other,and at last build their own identity.Cultivating the class community into habits development,mainly make the heterogeneous factors of habit learning,through individual life' belief and pursuit to the Shared vision about ritual,support and care for each other in practice,reach a consensus and form good learning habits.This research selected a representative elementary school in Jinhua,carried out grounded research for 4 months.Through analysis,the research process can be divided into four stages,respectively is germinating and exploring stage:cultural creation;wandering and succeeding stage:empowerment;trying and exploring stage:identity negotiation;advancing and leaping stage:centralized edges.At the beginning of the research,through the consult,sorting and analyzing related literature,to card the research status of elementary school learning habit,to master its overall research trends.In this research field,the author concise the class culture through interviews and observation,to create a shared vision of filial piety;then carry out a series of class meeting about "good habits help me to grow",let individual class participation make rules together,and make the shared vision of filial piety become "di zi gui" learning habit specification;then through learning habits supporting activities,establish the students' cooperative relationship of mutual benefit,let students continuously identity and negotiate in the practice,to build students' filial piety personal aim;In the late study,let the students in class on the edge of the further meaning negotiation,build the individual identity of filial piety in order to become a core person in class,form the common view of filial piety and establish a class life community of filial piety.In the process,test and perfect aptness in reality about classroom learning habits on the perspective of the class communityIn the period of learning habits development in the Chinese class,class members are involve to the common cause of "di zi gui"learning habits,sharing repertoire about filial piety,persistently being meaning negotiation and identity building,reach mutual connection between lives,and form a class community.In the process of research,development is not a linear trajectory but a nonlinear regression,the class members through reflective practice,participant Interaction of life,creatively express in dynamic and generative environments.Although this research is insufficient,it has some achievements,mainly promoted the harmonious unity of students' learning habits of knowledge,sentiment and will;improved the research awareness of teachers;received widespread recognition and accumulated material and experience of classroom learning habits training.
