Objective:1,Investigating college students’ emotional management ability level.2,Study the correlation of emotional management and risk appetite, and affect of risk appetite to emotional management ability.Method:1, Using the "College Students’ Emotional Management Competence Scale".2,Collecting relevant study to provide adequate theoretical support with existing problems and future research directions.3,Exploring affect of emotional management ability to risk appetite by Balloon Analog Risk Decision and Iowa gambling task paradigm.Result:1, The questionnaire result shows: there is a significant negative impact of rational regulation ability to risk level with standardized path coefficient of-0.314. Control negative suggestion ability has a significant positive impact with standardized path coefficient of 0.330, which is more closely to risk level compared to rational regulation ability.2, Iowa Gambling Task result shows: main effect of block is significantly, F(4,100) = 5.44, p <0.01. Main effect of risk appetite is significant, F(1,24) = 4.49, p <0.05. Interaction of block and risk appetite is also significant, F(4,100) = 2.96, p <0.05. Analysis of simple main effect under two categories shows, main effect of high emotional management ability block is significantly, F = 6.7, p <0.01. While low block is not, F = 2. 63, p> 0.05.3, Balloon Analog Risk Decision Result shows: the scores of two groups of participants balloon for independent samples t sample, the results showed that t=-14.9, p<0.01。There is a significant difference of the two groups of balloon.Conclusion:1, In Balloon Analog Risk Decision, there’s effect consistent with emotional management ability. Lower level block tends to take risks and underestimate the risks perceived while high level block tends to avoid risk and overestimate the risks perceived.2, In Iowa Gambling Task, there are differences due to different levels of emotional management ability, although emotional management ability is not significantly impact risk appetite. High level of emotional management ability subjects generally prefer to conservative risk appetite, while low level ones prefer to risk trends.
