Research On Risk Management Of College Students' Micro Entrepreneurship Project

In the college students in the entrepreneurial process,the project risk associated with the entire project life cycle,project risk management is not only related to micro business cost and efficiency of the project,also related to micro startup project quality.In China under the background of higher education enrollment scale expanding year by year,in response to a number of policies formulated by the government and colleges and universities to promote college students' self-employment,many scholars tried to entrepreneurship for college students through the study of project risk management risk analysis to promote college students' entrepreneurial success,efforts to achieve and encourage entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities.But because of various subjective and objective factors,the influence of college students' self-employment rates,entrepreneurial success rate is relatively low.Students based on the in-depth micro entrepreneurial projects status and existing problems,on the basis of the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy evaluation method of venture project risk assessment,were discussed according to the application of risk assessment technology of micro entrepreneurship programs risk prevention measures.Paper main research work summarized as follows: based on micro college students entrepreneurial project risk management object,the integrated use of a variety of theories and research methods,micro entrepreneurship for college students project risk identification,risk assessment,risk prevention system analysis and summary,think that college students micro startup project risk management is a complicated system engineering,is the comprehensive identification,management,business process of project risk,implementation risk through risk identification,risk assessment,is the core part of project risk management and market risk management;Consider small entrepreneurial projects is not mature enough,now on business needs to improve risk assessment of project risk management,in the college students' entrepreneurial project based on the framework of risk management,with the help of several risk management measures,combined with the actual case of micro startup project risk management perfect are discussed in this paper.This thesis focuses on entrepreneurial project risk management,and combined with the project risk management practice to get some meaningful experience revelation,micro business project practice for college students put forward some reasonable Suggestions.
