Research On College Students' Haze Risk Perception And Governance Strategy

Social risk is characterized by diversity and complexity with the increase of social behavior.Haze is an important social risk.Individuals in the haze initiative to define risks,and form the risk perception,which is different from the real objective risk.Government for a long term ignores risk perception in haze risk governance,while individuals based on risk perception will often make irrational behavior choices,leading to risk amplification.Therefore,haze governance needs to clarify the individual haze risk perception and then accurately judge its behavior oriented.This paper is based on the theory of risk perception,taking haze risk as a breakthrough point,choosing college students as the research object,using the theoretical framework of “influential factor-risk perception-mental and behavioral reaction”,exploring the influence factors of individual risk perception under the haze risk situation and the internal mechanism of the psychological and behavioral responses through empirical analysis and hypothesis testing.Research found that(1)the current college Students' haze risk perception overall in the middle level,and there is no relation between demographic variables and risk perception;(2)trust,knowledge and experience,sense of responsibility,sense of fairness will significantly affect individual risk perception of haze.There is a negative correlation between trust,fairness and perceived risk,and Knowledge experience,sense of responsibility and risk perception were positively correlated.The influence size in order is trust,responsibility,knowledge and experience,a sense of fairness;(3)Under the influence of the risk perception,the individual mainly produces negative emotions such as anxiety and fear,stimulate the demand for information,and guide information search and other risk protection act;(4)college students have strong willingness to cooperate in risk management and willingness to communicate risk,but they have low Self efficiency in cooperation with the government.Based on the conclusions of this study,this paper puts forward policy recommendations.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first part is introduction,explaining the research perspective and research methods.The second part is literature review,based on past documents,this paper clearing up and reviewing the concept or theory of “risk and risk society,risk perception,risk communication,risk management”.The third part is the research hypothesis and designing questionnaire,defining the corevariables of this research,and this part is about the research hypothesis,model specification and questionnaire design.The fourth part is the data analysis process and results,concerning on the characteristics of college students' haze risk perception,the influential factor of risk perception,the mental and behavioral characteristics under risk perception,risk communication and risk management.The fifth part is the conclusion and suggestion,summarizing the research outcome,putting forward targeted suggestions of haze risk's governance.
