21st century is a challenge for human beings, because we can no longer rely on the knowledge and skills obtained during the first half of life to realize once and for all. Science and technology are changing with each passing day, knowledge exploding product, both of them lead humans to life-long learning, especially study how to learn. The study of students’ learning should be the starting point of education research, “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”, and it’s a arduous task faced by education that teach students how to learn. Theory of learning power is complied with the trend of the current education research, it is vital significance for us. Meanwhile, British philosopher Alfred North Whitehead said:” All of the purpose of education is helping the person gain wisdom”, the task of education is not only teaching knowledge, but also helping student obtain the wisdom, which help learner able to discovery, gain, choose and operate the knowledge. So, based on the consideration of above consideration, the research try to construct the learning power.The research is lined with “ knowledge- learning-wisdom ”, a total of five parts. The first discusses the background, purpose of the research, etc.The second focus on the core concepts “learning power” and “wisdom”, it is in order to further clarify the research object.The third discusses education crisis-wisdom is covered, and then points out the key-turn knowledge to wisdomTourth relate to main concept of the ‘Turn knowledge to wisdom’, as well as the relations between “knowledge”, “wisdom” and “learning power”.At last, talk about the theoretical basis-main points of “Turn knowledge to wisdom”, and based this, discussing the structure of “learning power”. There are four elements: Autonomy power, Practice power, Introspection power, Criticism power.
