Wisdom is the eternal goal of education.So,one of education goals is to train student to become a wise man.Nowadays,with the development of information technology,wisdom education has been a research hotspot in education field,and wisdom instruction(WI)is the presentation of smart education at teaching level.Some problem exists in college teaching,such as only teaching knowledge,lacking student engagement,not ideal for learning outcomes and hard to develop students' wisdom.The growth of information technology provides a solution to these problems and promotes wisdom instruction to come true.The obstacle can be got over,if using technology,environment or digital resources in education.Concept of wisdom and WI were defined,and a model of WI was constructed in the research,form perspective of training and developing student's wisdom,to provide new path to carry out wisdom instruction,which supported by generative resources and aimed at solving the problem of lacking student engagement,not ideal for learning outcomes and hard to develop students' wisdom.Four contents,as follows,were carried out in the research.At first,concept of wisdom and WI were defined.Wisdom is a relative stable thinking formed in the process of getting knowledge.It exists in everybody,can be developed and comes from practice.WI is a learner highly involved and instructor and learner fully interactive teaching process aimed at training and developing student's wisdom.It possesses the characteristic of generating,opening,interacting,enlightening and practicing.Secondly,a theoretical framework of college WI supported by generative resources was constructed which based on wisdom develop model,multiple intelligence theory,generative learning theory and successful intelligence theory.The framework contained six parts,theoretical direction,content evolution,activity design,environment support,security mechanism and wisdom develop.In the framework,individual development and collaborative generation is the design idea;content evolution is the mainline of instruction model;opening and diversity activity is main mean to promote wisdom develop and content evolution;wisdom develop is the core;interaction between instructor and learner is power to improve wisdom.Thirdly,based on model design idea,a model of college WI supported by generative resources was designed.It concluded four parts,ensuring learning objective,assigning mission,group generating,and presentation.Another two parts,collaboration between instructors and leaners,and reflection,were added after a period of practical application.In addition,the implementation condition of model is cleared up as well as the behavior of instructor and learner and wisdom develop phase in each part.Finally,a teaching practice was carried out to evaluate the model.The practice was relied on lcell system using course of junior,fresh graduate and sophomoric graduate whose major is education technology,lasted a semester.Many methods were used to evaluate the effect of WI model,such as questionnaire,content analysis,classroom observation,social network analysis.Supported by generated learning resource,the model of university wisdom instruction had been proved to be feasibility and popularity in university in this paper.The results revealed that,1)the effects of teaching was perfect,the thinking ability of students was improved significantly,and the model of university wisdom instruction was highly recognized;2)the participation of students was high and the effects of interaction were great in teaching process;3)the quality of course content,which students collaborative generated and evolved,was reliable.Therefore,teachers should be encouraged to carry out the wisdom of teaching in college teaching,and played to the strength of the group of learners,to promote the development of learners' wisdom,during in generating and evolving the course content dynamic.
