From the trend of current global education development,the teaching which simply takes "knowledge transmission" as value orientation cannot meet demands for innovative talent cultivation,in this case,wisdom teaching idea emerges at the right moment.Wisdom teaching is a teaching activity which takes cultivating the student's wisdom as the ultimate goal,and in the actual teaching process,if need to examine the implementation effects of teaching wisdom,evaluation for wisdom teaching cannot be separated.The latest study found that the current wisdom teaching evaluation has the following questions: its basis and target is not clear,the evaluation content is not systematic and perfect,the operable evaluation index system has not been formed etc.,in addition,the related research about validity check for wisdom teaching evaluation index system is also lacking.Aiming at above problems,this study systematically discusses the problems of wisdom teaching evaluation index system construction from the following three aspects,includes the following contents:1.Answer the questions of "what is the evaluation basis of wisdom teaching,and what is the evaluation target".The evaluation basis and evaluation target of wisdom teaching is primary problem which needs to be solved.At present,for wisdom teaching,there are connotation and concept definitions from different perspectives,but this study found that the consensus for wisdom teaching connotation is to improve generation and development of the student's wisdom.Therefore,based on this,this study combs and summarizes the basic characteristic,teaching structure and value orientation of wisdom teaching;and clarifies the evaluation basis and evaluation target of wisdom teaching.2.Answer the questions of "what wisdom teaching evaluates,and how to evaluate ".Under the guidance of evaluation target,according to the basic characteristics and teaching structure elements of wisdom teaching,and adapting to the demands of the student 's personalized learning and deep learning,constructs the basic framework of wisdom teaching evaluation-MCTS evaluation framework;and based on this framework,designs evaluation index system for teachers wisdom teaching ability,evaluation index system for student wisdom learning ability and evaluation index system for micro class.(1)Wisdom teaching evaluation framework-MCTSAnswering the question of what wisdom teaching evaluates is to build the key elements framework for wisdom teaching evaluation.This study takes deep learning can effectively promote the student's wisdom generation and development as the starting point,based on three basic characteristics of experience,generativity and innovation in the process of wisdom teaching,according to three levels of representation,process and support conditions of deep learning,reversely derive three key elements of wisdom teaching evaluation of teacher wisdom teaching ability,student wisdom learning ability and micro class.Including,the teacher wisdom teaching ability is the leading element to carry out wisdom teaching;the student wisdom learning ability is the subject element;and as new type teaching resources and course supported by technology,the micro class is the teaching content and process for carrying out wisdom teaching and supporting the student' personalized deep learning.Three elements interact with,depend on and restrain each other,and construct the wisdom teaching evaluation framework-MCTS.(2)Construction for teacher wisdom teaching ability evaluation index system under MCTS frameworkThe purpose of teacher wisdom teaching ability evaluation is to determine whether the teacher has the teaching ability to guide and support the student 's wisdom generation and development,and carry out experience,generative and innovative teaching activities,and promote the development of teacher wisdom teaching ability.In order to carry out effective evaluation for teacher wisdom teaching ability,aiming at questions of TPACK knowledge framework is short of attention to the student's wisdom generation and development,this study takes wisdom generation and development as the goal,regards thinking development as supporting point,expands two key elements of subject teaching content and teaching method in TPACK knowledge framework,and constructs wisdom teaching-oriented TWPACK framework.According to TWPACK framework,deeply analyze the components of teacher wisdom teaching ability,construct the evaluation index system for teacher wisdom teaching ability,and make revision and improvement for it through two rounds of expert advisory opinion.(3)Construction for student wisdom learning ability evaluation index system under MCTS frameworkThe purpose of student wisdom learning ability evaluation is to determine whether the student has the comprehensive abilities of personalized deep learning,and promote the cultivation of student wisdom ability.Therefore,based on connotation definition and value orientation for student wisdom learning ability and evaluation target combing,according to Broome teaching target classification theory,this study determines the key elements for student wisdom learning ability evaluation,on this basis,constructs the evaluation index system for student wisdom learning ability,and make revision and improvement for it through two rounds of expert advisory opinion.(4)Construction for micro class evaluation index system under MCTS frameworkThe purpose of micro class evaluation is to determine whether it can effectively support student personalized deep learning,generate and develop student wisdom from two views of content and process.Therefore,this study clarifies the essence of micro class first from two views of resource attribute and course attributes,on this basis,combining with three basis characteristics of experience,generativity and innovation of wisdom teaching,according to ideas and process of deep learning,constructs wisdom teaching-oriented micro class evaluation index system.At last,make revision and improvement for it through two rounds of expert advisory opinion.3.Answer the questions of "how to examine the effectiveness of wisdom teaching evaluation system"This study carries out validity check for wisdom teaching evaluation system using comparative analysis approach.Applying the index system of this study,evaluation index of "wisdom education seed teacher " of Education Bureau in a city of northeast,the evaluation index of student higher-order thinking ability training oriented put forward by Wei Junjie etc.and micro class evaluation index of national information technology and teaching integration high quality class contest,carries out evaluation and analysis respectively for the teachers of different discipline and learning stages in middle and primary school,and micro class works and students wining first prize in high quality class contest.Finds that the evaluation result of index system in this study has higher consistency than the expert's evaluation result,fully embodies three characteristics of experience,generativity and innovation in wisdom teaching,and accords with the value orientation and target demand of wisdom teaching preferably.The contribution of this study is mainly reflected in the following three aspects :(1)In research perspective,takes promoting student wisdom generation and development as the ultimate goal of evaluation,according to goal-oriented ideas,derives reversely the key elements of wisdom teaching evaluation,and then constructs evaluation index system for wisdom teaching.(2)In theoretical research,clarifies evaluation basis and evaluation target of wisdom teaching,constructs MCTS wisdom teaching evaluation framework,and based on the framework,constructs the evaluation index system for teacher wisdom teaching ability,the evaluation index system for student wisdom learning ability and evaluation index system for micro class facing wisdom teaching.(3)In practical application,the research results were chosen by the wisdom education model school of middle and primary
