With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,cloud computing,virtual reality and other technologies,knowledge explosion and information flow,the leap of learning from digital to intelligent has been realized,and intelligent learning has emerged.As a brand-new learning method in the era of informatization 2.0,smart learning provides a brand-new way for western college teachers to develop themselves.The intelligent learning ability of university teachers is the basis for conducting intelligent learning activities.Therefore,it is very important for the western college teachers 'intelligent learning ability to improve teachers' professional ability and professional quality.Aiming at the above phenomena,the research revolves around the following:(1)Analyze the main constituent elements of intelligent learning ability of college teachers,and construct the theoretical model of intelligent learning ability of college teachers.(2)Based on the constructed theoretical model of college teachers 'intelligent learning ability,compile questionnaires to study the current situation of western college teachers' intelligent learning ability.(3)Make an objective,accurate and comprehensive evaluation of the wisdom learning ability of teachers in western universities based on the survey results.(4)Combining with the current situation of teachers 'intelligent learning ability in western colleges and universities,put forward effective strategies to improve teachers' intelligent learning ability in western colleges and universities.This research is guided by informal learning theory,self-directed learning theory,situational cognition and learning theory,ability structure theory,and adopts literature research method,grounded theory research method and questionnaire survey method as the main research methods.On the basis of sorting out a large number of literature materials,the research uses the rooted theory research method to sort out 167 literature materials with the help of Nvivo11.0,and constructs a theoretical model of college teachers 'wisdom learning ability.Based on the research results of the grounded theory,a questionnaire was prepared.Teachers from N University were selected as the survey object.The questionnaire was analyzed using SPSS 24.0 to reveal the development of the teachers' ability of intelligent learning in western universities.The theoretical model of university teachers' smart learning ability is obtained through grounded theoretical research methods.From smart learning consciousness to the selection and use of emotions,smart learning tools and technologies,information capabilities,communication and collaboration capabilities in smart learning environments,metacognitive capabilities,knowledge metabolism Competence and intelligent innovation ability are composed of seven dimensions.Through the questionnaire survey method,the following research conclusions are drawn: Western college teachers' wisdom learning ability is at a medium level,and the ability development of each dimension is uneven.The specific manifestation is that the awareness and emotion of smart learning are strong,and the technical sensitivity needs to be strengthened;the ability to use smart learning tools is poor,and the awareness of data analysis is weak;the information ability is at the lower middle level,and the ability to select resources needs to be improved;the ability to communicate and collaborate in the virtual environment is poor,The cooperative learning ability should be improved;the level of metacognitive ability development is medium,and the learning endurance still needs to be improved;the knowledge metabolic ability is in a good state,and the acceptance of new concepts is good;the wisdom and innovation ability is at a lower level,and the innovative practice ability needs to be improved.At the same time,there are significant differences in the age,educational background,professional title and distribution of teaching subjects in the wisdom learning ability of teachers in western colleges and universities.Based on the above research results,countermeasures to improve the wisdom learning ability of teachers in western colleges are given from three levels: school,teacher and training.School level: Promote the construction of a smart campus and create a good learning environment;strengthen the construction of high-quality learning resources and build an efficient learning platform;improve the teacher management evaluation mechanism to encourage teacher life-long learning;implement the integration of industry and education development project to promote professional development of teachers Teacher level: Deepen wisdom learning awareness and enhance the acceptance of information technology;enhance the awareness of independent development and build a sense of wisdom learning efficiency;reconstruct its own knowledge structure and generate practical teaching wisdom;optimize the cooperative learning model and build a teacher learning community.Training level: facing the needs of teachers,personalizing the training content;facing the technical frontier,diversifying training methods;facing the nature of the problem,and optimizing the training effect.
